Terrible bank. Not open on Saturdays anymore. Can't access my online banking anymore. I've been locked out of my account for 2 weeks. I try to get my checking account balance by phone and it asks for my pin. I put that in and it says my account doesn't exist. It says try the last 4 of social.... same thing. I haven't been able to see my balance in 2 weeks. I have no idea what my balance is. If I get an overdraft charge I'm gonna raise hell!

Went twice to open a specific type of account and I’m not going back the 3rd time. Each time the lady told me a different thing that I needed to open the account. She could’ve told me all of that the first time. They will no longer get my business and I will be moving my existing account with them. I’m going to United Community Bank.

Everyone I work with gets paid Tuesday or Wednesday I don't get paid till Thursday or Thursday evening. Going to another bank. Tired of the headaches this bank gives me.

Terrible phone customer service. All calls now are routed to a call center without any way to communicate with someone at the local branch without going there in person. The call center representatives are often not very helpful and have twice said "you'll need to visit your local branch" in response to inquiries. It doesn't matter that I called the number for the local branch....they won't connect you to anyone there or provide a way to contact them, other than to visit.I'll be closing my account and sticking with an online bank with better benefits, no fees and top notch customer service.

I tried calling to help my grandmother get information so she would be able to know how much she has on her account how ever she can’t hear very well so I was making sure she understood what was being said the lady told us she couldn’t tell us any thing and hung up I find that disrespectful and pathetic honestly I have helped her on this matter before in the past and I appreciate that person for being patient and actually not hanging up I will be going to our local and I am going to find out if she can call to find information so she does not have to travel 45 minutes to find out a simple thing

Sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes. We were the 10 car in line. In that 15 minutes we moved exactly 1 car length. Horrible experience that k God we had time to barely enough time to make to the other bank location in cornelia

I don’t know who does the hiring at this location but they need to be in charge of hiring at every bank!!! Amazing people, great personality and so nice! I love seeing my new business friends in the drive t every morning!! They are always overly helpful and in good moods!! I hate going to stuffy banks and this one is definitely not!!! Love love love!

Wait can take up to an hour to just deposit a check, they need to figure something out. And mobile deposit takes 3 business days.

Closed on Saturday ( Drive Through ) a lot of people can't make it on Fridays. Very disappointing !

As a Google local guide and a Facebook editor i don't write many reviews unless it's for the well deserved and i fill compelled to. I would like to say thank you to the bank manager Christopher strals for doing such a great job with his help and support as a first class bank manager.
