I’ve been going here for a while now, started having problems with the girl with the brown curly hair at the window she would purposely fill old prescriptions when I was giving her complete different rx numbers, insurance was already prior approved because I’ve been otp with them about this issue more than four times due to the same employee who have charged us three times for no reason and then continues to tell me if I need my actual medication I would need to pay over 150$ out of pocket like it’s almost like everytime I even know my medication is ready she’s like I’ll give you 15 pills because I’ll charge your insurance for 10 and then do this and that but then I shouldn’t have ever had to pay, but like to be completely honest that sounds very sketchy tbh if you pay for the prescription your insurance should cover and then come to find out they was covering it she just kept doing whatever she was trying to do, I have made insurance and healthcare aware about this because she’s already gotten over 100$ out of us not to also mention I had to have a pharmacist and myself call just to get them to send over the medication transfer because even they wasn’t cooperating with a different pharmacy. Since moving they did confirm my insurance covered it and they were lying.

This is the best pharmacy around people are very very nice they know your name they know what you need they will talk to you Kim the pharmacist will take her time to talk to you about anything what a great place this is All of the employees all the texts are wonderful

The urgent care or quick clinic is wonderful , But the pharmacy side , no one is friendly. Ever time I go I have show them my insurance card they never keep on file. And the young girl up front won't ask if like use your insurance . And she will just let you be self pay . I have to ask ever time I go and they re enter it . Frustrated . They not friendly at all or even try make sure you use your insurance.

This place absolutely sucks, and 4 people passed me in line when I just needed a doctors note. And then when I asked why it was taking so long she said I can just leave then. This is the worst place in habersham to go they don’t even care about their customers.
