Pet wash station was great when they first opened. Now after 4 visits I have found it to go down hill with each paid visit. (About 2 months) No clean towels, broken sinks, no shampoos which are supposed to be available for use, rusted tines on the dog rush. Overall a very poor quality wash station. I was so impressed with the first visit and shared with everyone of my pet lover friends. Unfortunately I have now recanted those recommendations.

TRUCKERS: TSC STORE 1711 310 HABERSHAM HILLS CIRCLE CORNELIA GA. BEST WAYS TO GET TO BACK CORNER DOCK ON LHS OF TSC IS TO ENTER DRIVEWAY AT SONIC OR BETWEEN ADVANCE AUTO PARTS AND SUBWAY. IF ENTERING DRIVEWAY ACROSS FROM WAFFLE HOUSE MUST DO WIDE RIGHT TURN INTO PARKING LOT. WIDE TURN RIGHT INTO PARKING LOT TO GO RHS OF DELTA PHARMACY CCW BEHIND STORES USING TRUCK ROUTE. AT OTHER END OF STORES IS LEFT TURN TO TSC DOCK. TANDEMS BACK TO UNLOAD. YELLOW GUIDELINES AT DOCK.

I know today is Memorial day and the store is closing early. The rude woman ask if I knew what I was going after and I said yes. The store did not have what I needed they were out. The woman had already locked the door and would not let me out! She was very rude! There were like 8 customers she was going to ring out all of them before opening the door to let me out. She said i had to wait on all of them! She is always rude! Short old lady! The way I am feeling now I would drive 50 miles to get what I need. She needs to be train for customer service!!

Drove here from near Franklin County after finding the Taccoa store for weeks maintained molded mildewed Purina Livestock feed. After alerting that store, corporate office and Purina, I shopped there at different times only to find the product on the same pallet.This, if we wanted to keep and maintain the decades business relationship, we drive the distance where leadership focuses on the customer experience. Cornelia exemplifies that!Thank you for the consistency attributed to TSC!
