He replaced a tire with a new one and helped my son when he returned a couple of days later with some questions. We were happy with the car and felt Jose was fair and honest and trusted him. After 1 week of having the car, I had an unforseen family emergency involving my son. Jose allowed me to return the car and canceled the sales contract.
