I’m trying to see if I have packages or mail but the stupid AI keeps talking about tracking packages when al I flipping want is to check and see if I have anything that was sent to me!

The mail lady for this place 30531 can’t deliver mail correctly, she’s always missing packages if not missing mail and or put in a different apartment box ,she is Horrible,and I’m surprised she still working as a mail carrier here.

They let me pick my package up after hours. Very nice of them.
