Somehow this store managed to botch a simple phone pick-up from an online order. They tried to give me a device that was not sealed in the box, and wasn't even matched to the numbers on the box. For all I know, they could've been trying to pass off a used device on me. All in all, it caused me hours of trying to get this resolved on the phone with Verizon because the people in the store couldn't figure out how to cancel the order. Save yourself time and worry, and just go to the official Verizon store in Gainesville near the Best Buy.

I have nothing but positive to say about my experience at Verizon in Cornelia Georgia.
Deeanna Cano went above and beyond to help me with my new business plan. I replaced phone service and Internet at all three of my retail locations . I was paying so much money through Windstream and AT&T for my landline and Internet service.
Deeanna sat down with me and Told me everything about the new service for business locations available at Verizon . She saved me and my company over $800 a month . She didnβt stop there. She came to all three of my store locations and helped me set everything up. And helped me and all of my employees to understand how to operate it and how to link all my stores
She is always available when I call. And has gone above and beyond to make me 100% satisfied .

Probably the best experience I have had at any Cellphone store. The associate ( Giovani I think ?) did an outstanding job. You have a strong team working there. You could tell they work together very well and help each other.
