I love that they'll deliver stuff to your house for free. Even deer corn. I wish they would do a better job in the hunting/fishing department. Everyone is getting ready for deer season and they only have a handful of stuff available. They didn't even have any mudhole this morning.

No prices on lots of items in this store,specifically groceries.
Also lots of empty shelves.
I live 3 miles from Cornelia Walmart,but will be driving to Toccoa from now on.This store is terrible…🤷♂️🤔🤦♂️

Receipt checking employee (white, male, 40-50ish y.o., working grocery exit at 6pm, 7/17/25) treats customers like criminals. He is hostile and rude. Had he been kind, it wouldn’t have been a problem to walk back down to figure the situation out. I did not have the receipt because it was sent to my mom’s phone when I used self checkout. But I told him he could go check with the self checkout employee to ensure my singular $10 item was paid for, but said he did not want to walk across to the registers on the home/pharmacy side to do so. Customers are not required to show/have a receipt. Train that man to behave.

They do not answer any phone calls. Their customer service is non- existant,in or out of the store

Self checkout takes forever. Cashier takes forever. The quality of produce and meats is poor. They seem to repackage and relabel items. They don't manage order pickups very well, and most spots will be taken by lazy people going inside shopping because these spots are close. Online order is unreliable as well: I've received 11 eggs in a carton before as well as substitutions I didn't make or receive notice about. Three stars for the employees who SEEM to be hustling and who are kind, and for items as described/priced that are not from the grocery side.

Some crazy looking lady that says she is the supervisor threatened to fire some workers in front of me when speaking to a couple of customers behind me in a car while I was waiting outside. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work under her supervision.

Everytime I get a food order here they always put of 3/4's of my list but I've been in the store while the order is being pulled they have my items but the shoppers won't pick up the items if a bunch of people are around that area they will say they was out.
