Alcovy Fitness & Wellness is a beautiful gym with a friendly, welcoming, and motivating atmosphere. The staff is always nice and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The gym offers lots of options, including a variety of well-maintained equipment, machines, and classes such as group fitness and yoga. Members enjoy the cardio theatre and the hot tub. The facility is generally clean and well-maintained, though some note issues with the pool water clarity and, primarily, the showers, which have problems with temperature, water pressure, and size. Overall, it is a highly recommended place to improve fitness and meet wonderful people.
I have been working out here for about six months and won’t be leaving any time soon. The staff is very friendly and the equipment is extremely well maintained. Very nice fitness center. Jamie the manager provided a great tour, explained the fitness amenities, group classes, and membership details. I was especially honored that they recognize military veterans.
