I had the worst experience at this establishment. The office manager was the worst. She had no compassion and she was rude. I sat in the office for 30 minutes without being addressed. She should not be managing a medical office maybe a constructionsite. If I could give it a zero, I would.I just took a little time to read others comment and can confirm I had similar experience with the previous bad rated client. After driving in the rain for my 1st walk visit the, office manager who I am assuming is the person responding to the ratings was rude and did not care. She was very argumentative as she is displaying in the response instead of just apologizing for the bad experience the client had. A medical office manager should realize the client's perception is there own and her responsibility is to make sure we (the clients) have an awesome experience so that we can be satisfied and refer our friends. I rarely submit reviews, good or bad but I was so upset, I told her I would. I did not have time to argue with whom I assumed was a professional.I am not sure if response from owner is suggesting that I'm a disgruntled employee. I called your office 2/21/20 and visited Monday at 6pm. The office manager was rude and argumentative. Pure example. Instead of calling to ask how can they change my experience they deflect with an untruthful story. Yes I was very upset after all the effort I made to get to your office, that was the kind of treatment I received. I am not a disgruntled employee just a very disappointed customer.

Dr. Abbasi is one of the most compassionate and competent doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting. He listens to his patients and cares about them. It's unfortunate that anyone would try to harm his business, but he's the type of person who's dedicated to his practice and would want to know about problems. I'd suggest if there are concerns or complaints specifically regarding staff and not medical services, maybe try reaching him first.

Called several times to ask some question.First visit the website says they want $130! Everyone elses pills only cost 50 once a month and this place wants $69 every 2 weeks. Why even hire someone to answer the phones if they arent going to do their job. Rude.

In the short time I have been going to Alliance Weight Loss Center (about 6 weeks) I have loss 25 lbs. I feel better than I have in a long time. Losing weight is hard to do but if you will stay on the low carb diet that the doctor recommends, the pounds will come off. I have a tip that I do that makes it a little easier. I have a low carb treat every day. Kroger makes a low carb milk. I have 8 ounces of the vanilla flavor after dinner in crushed ice which is 3 net carbs. It is takes care of my sweet tooth and I don't blow my diet.
