I love this location!! The people here are extremely nice. They took my daughters and educated them on proper glasses care and how to care for their own eyes.I was extremely impressed. I definitely recommend this location over the one in Conyers. 278 location is worth the drive!!!

If I could leave -1 star I would. Everyone there was phenomenal. Except the dr. I got there at 4:15 and did not leave until 6:45. INCLUDING THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME CANCELLING AND BEHIND ME RESCHEDULED AS WELL. The Dr talked about himself the entire time, I could hear him in the room talking to patients blaming the computers, the wifi, and still talking about how he is the top eye dr at uga and that he helped create contacts. From working in a medical office myself there is no reason patients should be waiting two hours to just be seen for an eye exam that takes 15 minutes. He does not seem to care about peoples time and blames his staff when it’s him. The staff was incredibly apologetic for the wait and super helpful when it came to my questions.

This place was not busy today but I waited 15 minutes just to pick up my glasses. The younger staff totally ignored the older staff already waiting on someone. Then two other staff walked right passed me. Finally Muriana asked me if someone was waiting on me. She did finally and it didn't take long. The younger people don't respect their elders. I was ignored for the most part. Zenni here I come.

The he store is ample and very clean with large selection of glasses or lenses. The staff is friendly and willing to assist.Been a customer over 8 years and will always return to them due to the value and service that they offer.

I had the BEST experience at my recent eye exam. Merit was the first person that helped me and she was so SO good. She was very thorough with great communication skills. She explained every test, what I was supposed to do and what the test was for. My exam was a virtual exam with Dr. Waddington, she was super nice and listened to all my concerns. She never acted rushed or anything and the assistant/tech that helped with the exam (her name was Kim) was very nice and also explained everything really well. Alyssa was the young lady who checked me out and she also had great communication. She explained all my insurance coverage and helped me get the most out of my plan. I work in healthcare and I’ve got to say this was the first pleasant experience I’ve had at any health appointment in quite a while. It was refreshing and all these ladies deserve a raise!!!Thank you all so much for everything.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Myuana Derrico at the Covington, GA location. She was such a joy to work with in helping both of us to find the very best choices for our new glasses! Thanking her doesn’t seem enough to express our gratitude for her kindness, knowledge, patience, and just the overall best experience we have had in a long time, when it comes to customer service experience! We had come to believe that customer service was a thing of the past until we had the opportunity to work with Myuana Derrico! What an amazing asset for America’s Best to have her in your employment!

Appt at 330 got called to see Dr at 5! They close at 630, we were rushed trying to find frames. No call when glasses arrived at store. Our whole family were getting glasses. Finally glasses arrived after WE called. When we arrived at the store it took them 45 minutes to find my son's glasses.....America's Worst more like it

Made an appointment. They sent me several reminders. I honored the time of my appointment and was there on time. They however see you as a number in an assembly line. Several others in front of me and one person doing exams. My time is as important as theirs is. The person doing the exams made no attempt to speak to anyone and give any indication of the wait time. I did not stay. Don't bother to go here.

I am a Critical Care Paramedic and my eye-site has to be at its best for me to perform my duties. Therefore, I am writing this review to help others make an educated decision.In July of 2022, I had an eye exam at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Covington Georgia. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful to say the least.They advised me to purchase the highest grade lens for my glasses seeing that I have to start IVs and perform Advanced Airway Procedures such as endotracheal intubation in the back of an ambulance during all hours of the day.The staff advised me that the lenses were virtually scratch resistant. Meaning, they can be scratched if placed on a hard surface with the lenses exposed. That is very understandable and anyone can agree that lenses exposed to harsh surfaces will scratch.I bought (2) pair of glasses totaling nearly $850.00 dollars. The glasses were ready in (2) weeks just as promised. Each pair of glasses were absolutely perfect in every way.For some reason, around March of 2023, both pair of glasses began to show hundreds upon hundreds of micro scratches on the inside as well as the outside of the lens.I have no idea as to why this began to occur. I had been cleaning and maintaining them as I had since day one. These scratches were not big and noticeable at all. They were a bit difficult to see to say the least.I began to have a diminished ability to see clearly and I did not know why at first. I did not see the hundreds upon hundreds of scratches until I held the glasses up to a light.I said to myself, "no wonder my ability to see is diminished," these lenses were covered in scratches in their entirety. Not one lens, but both pair of glasses. The front and back of the lenses are covered in scratches.I called the representative at the store in Covington Georgia, and the staff were extremely nice and polite. However, they informed me that I would have to pay a little over $600.00 dollars to have the lenses replaced.$600 hundred dollars is a lot of money for New lenses, especially when considering that both pair of my glasses were only 8 months old.I was told that they were unable to help me, even-though, I had paid $850 dollars for the best lenses on the market. I tried to call corporate and all I got was a bunch phone voice automation.Unfortunately, I am now faced with having to use "reader glasses" from CVS Pharmacy just to do daily activities. I am having to save up another $800 dollars and find a different vendor to purchase new glasses.I leave this review for anyone who is trying to decided on whether to do business with America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.Respectfully, Jeffery Bratcher

Sequenthia was amazing! Her friendliness was definitely needed at the end of a long day. I visited with my daughter and we both were impressed with her willingness to help adjust her glasses. She even gave us some great tips to help them last longer!

They are truly customer service and go over and beyond. I had to leave Georgia due to a family emergency and will not be returning. My contacts came in and I was worried if they would be able to send them to Florida. The manager got on the phone and handled it. Sending my contacts to Florida. Thanks america best.

This location with (Dr.) Sarah Persaud, she is not personable, uncaring, not informative, her advice is bland options, no expertise, and clearly she doesn't seem to care and she does not hide it. When someone is all in your face, blowing the machine in your eyes....that's up close and personal and she WAS NOT. So if you do not need just an eye exam just contacts and glasses DO NOT GO THERE!!! However, the other staff that works the lobby is GREAT!! JUST NOT SARAH PERSAUD...I refuse to give her the doctor title because she is not specialized and it shows!!
