Upgraded to iPhone 15 pro, while on the phone with 6 different associates, including one manager problem was never resolved. So I had to go into the store which took another hour and a half with the guy rushing me.. Whatever happened to customer service?

Burgundie was extremely friendly, helpful and professional; I was very pleased with the offers available, and everything was explained thoroughly. The process was handled efficiently and I received a great deal. Happy to return to this store for my AT&T needs.

I apologize that I have not submitted this review sooner. I want to thank Nate for helping with my new cell phone. I purchased on November 3rd. I went from a Samsung AT&T GoPhone Samsung Express Prime Galaxy J3 2018 phone on prepaid plan to the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. Being a senior citizen and how technology has changed Nate was very patient with me and took care of the problems I was having. Still have a few little things I can't figure out and I'll call and make an appointment with him sometime in next couple of weeks. One day I came in & Nate wasn't available and I think her name was Heidi helped me with a minor issue. Also all the people in at your Covington were pleasant and I enjoyed talking them.

This store won’t take exchanges even with a receipt from the day before. Store associate was dismissive and unhelpful.Take your business to Verizon or T-Mobile across the street like I did!
