“I moved from MD to GA in 2021 and although I was torn to have to leave Geico due to their rates in my area, Statefarm so far has been good. Ms. Karen and Daria has been nothing short of helpful providing top tier service. They are responsive and always professional. I was having a hard time finding work and fell behind in my payment and the team worked with me. They were understanding. Ms. Daria always took great care of my policies. She is always responsive and truly makes me feel like a valued customer. Its truly disheartening to hear she will be retiring soon but im sure it is well deserved. I have been with statefarm since 2021 and cant say I've had any issues with the insurance or the team. Ms. Karen is also very helpful and is quick on her feet to handle any inquiries or payments via phone. Thank you to the entire team and farewell Ms. Daria. I wish you all the best.”
