They do not pick the trash up on scheduled days . My trash has been out since Sunday night still have not been picked up. I've called no answer and no return call. This has been going on for months where they don't pick up on schedule day.

I had a very unprofessional experience with this company. When I tried to return as a customer after switching briefly to B&B Sanitation, they told me they wouldn’t take me back simply because I had used their “competition.” I had no idea the companies were related, but even if they are, that’s no reason to refuse service. Business is business, and I went with a cheaper option at the time.
On top of that, they never pick up anything outside the can unless you pay extra. Overall, the way they handled my situation was disappointing and unnecessary.

I had this service since 2010,when we moved to Covington, Ga.I never had any problems, what so ever.

Giving you a one star just because you're located in COVINGTON, but you don't service OXFORD. However, you drive all the way over to Conyers and provide service there. Oxford literally sits up against Covington! Conyers is further away! Hire more, expand, get Oxford, I'll change my rating.

Missed several pickup and when you call voice-mail says to keep calling. They didn't pickup the phone at anytime. Terrible customer service!!!
They were much better when I started 20 years ago.

Can’t get ahold of anyone. I have tried several days in a row. They ask that you just keep calling-not very efficient if you ask me. I cannot log into an online account without an access code.

Provides times of pickup information for Hollidays on website and clearly states the rules you might want to read before you assume anything. Service has been great

Paid and didn’t get picked up when they figured out the error was on their part they still didn’t return to pick up our trash. Horrible customer service

Very unprofessional. Left 3 messages and still haven’t had any returned. I’ve tried for 3 months to get ahold of them. Never answers the phone and never answers messages

In the middle rating, haven’t had much issues with them. Usually pretty good about customer service and trash pick up, however the last number of times I’ve called I can’t get through, I’ve left voicemails with no call backs. Last Friday 9/19 they completely skipped over our trash bins that were at the road as they were supposed to be. Now we have double trash and unsure of what to do because no one will answer the phones….

This company is HORRIBLE, very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. My payment is always on time but they never could pickup my trash. Speak to someone in the front office to get this matter resolved. The end results I want to refund and cancel this company.
