This location has nice items, but the customer service sucks! There was an item without a tag and when I asked the cashier if she knew how much the item was she looked me and shrugged her shoulders and wasn't interested in helping find out either. Customer service isn't like it use to be, when people actually did their jobs with a helpful, courteous attitude.

I don't even know if there's enough time in the day for me to list my complaints about this location. It's probably one of the better looking storefronts of any of the locations I've seen and the displays look good and are well maintained in the windows and it's organized and looks good on the inside. So you would think that organization would carry on through the rest of the store, right? Wrong! All the dressing rooms are closed. No reason. Can't get a reason, they are just locked and unavailable. There are signs on the dressing rooms that say that if something doesn't fit you can return it but that until further notice the dressing rooms are closed. Well, I live in Michigan and I'm in Georgia so how exactly would I return the items and what is the guarantee that the store in Michigan is going to take them back? And even if all of that wasn't a concern and I knew for a 100% fact that I could take everything back in Michigan, why on earth do I have to buy something if I don't know that it fits or not? Especially considering the fact that I have four teenagers with growing and changing bodies who will look at something that is a size XXXL and insist it will fit their size 8 frame. So I thought to myself, I'll give them a call and see if I can't ask if they could make an exception and open up a dressing room. Did they answer? No! And not only was there no answer, there was no answering message! It was like calling someone's cell phone that didn't have their voicemail setup! Who is running this company? How is there not an automatic answer with options to hear the hours and location or to speak to a customer service associate? This place is an absolute joke which is really sad because my kids really like shopping here.

One of my favorite stores, so I would never say one negative word I love it so much I finds great sale item, nice shoes, pretty colors and prices are reasonable. Staff at all location are good just need more staff.. my Monroe location is great.

I like this Cititrend but the dressing room is still closed at this location. I have to go to another store to try on close and then bring them back. I was told they will not be opening the dressing rooms back up. That's very unfortunate for customers satisfaction.
