“This store is the BEST Beall’s I’ve visited. I went in for one thing, was greeted by all staff with the warmest “Welcome In, Let us know if you need anything” & when I ended up picking up more than that one item I needed the manager showed up with a shopping cart for my items. This is truly leadership. I can not say enough how much I appreciated her, along with how neat & organized all the shelves were. Clearance items were clearly displayed in their designated areas, every isle had a clear organized theme to them, and this made my experience so much better because it was easier to shop quickly when I was on a time crunch. I now prefer this Beall’s over the Covington location. Will definitely be back!”

The fabrics are incredibly soft, the designs are unique, and you can tell they put so much care into every piece. It’s more than just merchandise—it’s a fun way to take a piece of Covington and your favorite memories home with you. Highly recommend!”
“One of my favorite stores, so I would never say one negative word I love it so much I finds great sale item, nice shoes, pretty colors and prices are reasonable. Staff at all location are good just need more staff.. my Monroe location is great.”

“Went in this morning line was long but those two cashiers were great at getting the line down.Went back around 4 line was in ladies manager kept getting off the register even though the line was long. I understand something was going on outside but you manage the inside of the building not outsideDO BETTER MA’AM”

The quality of their screenprinting of the items (shirts, signs, banners, trophies) that I saw was of quality and looked great! Sonya was phenomenal and I appreciate the service I received.
