Absolutely GREAT service and Great People! I had a driver side mirror incident involving a bird which left me with a disabled mirror but Covington Collision got me back rolling! I appreciate you guys and have you now have a forever client!

Payden gave such awesome customer care during the process of getting my car fixed after a bad wreck. I even had a slight issue with my lights after I got my car, he had no problems getting that repaired for me at no additional cost, I offered to leave a tip but he was so generous he denied when I offered. I wanted to leave a positive review about him and the business the least I could do for his great customer service. I recommend this shop hospitality is very welcoming.

I have turned to them several times over the past year and every time they have been transparent, consistent and always done a top notch job! I have used them with self pay and through insurance claims and they have been honest and reliable each time. I would definitely recommend Payden and his team.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with the staff at this facility! They were very thorough and knowledgeable about what I needed to do in order to repair my vehicle.I was also grateful that they repaired my vehicle at a very small amount compared to what other people were trying to charge me! These guys and ladies are awesome !!!!!!
