I took my laptop to get the screen repaired(10-4-25) it's now going on a month since I've dropped off my device, I call after a week to check the status they say the part they need has not come yet its being shipped from California. Ok I give it another week still waiting on part. I call last week no answer 😕. I call today no answer! 🤬This is very unprofessional and had I known this company would be this unprofessional I would have went somewhere else. Please be careful who you do business with.

On 10/14/25 I went to have my computer repaired, and left it with Jeremy. On 10/15/25 I picked up my computer and paid for the service, without checking or opening up the computer, because my spouse and I did business with him before, and I trusted him. Once I got home and opened up the computer, damage was done to the computer. My computer had been dropped. This was brought to Jeremy's attention , but he denied that none of his techs had dropped my computer. He refuse to compensate me for the payment of the damage caused to the computer. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else, just be cautious, and check your computer before leaving this shop, for future awareness.

Bad experience. I have a iPhone 15pro max. Took it up there to replace a cracked screen and got my phone back with a really crappy after market screen (didn’t get the option to receive a Apple screen or aftermarket), took it back and paid extra (hundreds of dollars extra) to get the Apple product in which is was promised 3 days and it ended up taking nearly a week and a half. The guy said he would put a screen protector on for free because of the wait which he did. The screen protector 100% failed because he put the craziest one on in which he stated just now on the phone. My phone fell MAYBE 2ft from my hand to a PLASTIC baby boat toy which I have pictured and this guy isn’t trying to help at all but yet we have a warranty. He should 100% replace this screen with another Apple screen!!! But nope he could care less. Do not recommend this place at all!
EDIT TO ADD: The repair is under my husbands name initials CF and he has already reached out and they advised they would do nothing. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE! You shouldn’t have to ask for an Apple product to be put on a device when that’s what they take off to begin with.

Do not go here i went for a software glitch, the man brought my phone back in recovery mode made my phone worse than it was. Said i would receive a refund within 7-10 days it’s been 3 weeks they have blocked my phone number and will not return any calls regarding my refund. 0 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE

These people took 203 dollars from my husband to fix a screen of his phone that was cracked, the bought the screen and try to fit it, it didn't work, then the phone didn't turn on anymore and they tried to pass it off as if the phone was not on when we brought it there, a bunch of lies, the couldn't fix the screen or turn on the phone and still charged us a percentage from the money they took from us, so not only could they not do what they promised, they made pay for the service they didn't provide, daylight robbery..0 stars..do not recommend.

I never had an issue with no electronics places since I came here first they told me it would take them 3-5 days to fix my computer keyboard then it took a month secondly my computer is brand new I never really used it had it for years always kept it updated and looked brand new as soon as I got it back from them it had minor damage and scars to my computer that wasn’t there before and the guy who fixed it tried to manipulate me into thinking it was me which is false when given the computer the computer had no scars or minor damage very unprofessional and doesn’t care for customer needs they just want the money all cheap money ain’t good money if you can find you something that’s more pricey but worth it go for it this ain’t it !!!
