The Maintenance Warranty oil change and tire rotation on my 21 Ford F150 Supercrew 4x4 truck, was done quickly and took roughly an hour to do. The employees we encountered were very polite, helpful, friendly, and professional, at Covington Ford.

I can't say enough good things about Chad Mobley at Covington Ford.
I had a specific car in mind and he truly went above and beyond to source the perfect one for me from another dealership, making my car-buying experience a great one.
His dedication and commitment to customer service are truly outstanding. He’s friendly and makes the deals himself. No back and forth negotiating with someone outside of the room.

What kind of bs shop does the maintenance department run. This location is charges more for services than other ford dealers, last time I got just an oil change they charged me $180 because they added the 100 something point inspection that I didn’t need them to do, I just needed an oil change. Also what kind of BS is the whole, “We don’t work on cars older than 12 years.” What does that even mean. Imagine I had a car for 13 years and needed it to get looked at for an issue. So basically I would be stuck going other places, granted it’s probably better than here cause it’ll probably be cheaper anyways. This place is ridiculous. Screw you covington ford.

I don’t see how you can say it’s been a number of years since I have been there with one of my vehicles, it has been 2 years and I haven’t been there since because of how much you guys charged me for an oil change and the inspection was most certainly not complimentary because it was almost half of the final total. And I cannot provide the last six of the VIN as I had to replace the car. The other car I was trying to bring in had been serviced there that same year when my grandmother took it there before I acquired it from her. These were not new vehicles to your shop and I was not a new customer. Stop trying to make it seem like Im a new and confused customer. I know what you guys did. And instead of publicly make it seem like I’m crazy and maybe try to get in touch with me to ask me about the issue, you made a public response to make it appear that I don’t know what I’m talking about. I was a loyal customer and had regular work done until you guys started overcharging for services that were supposedly complimentary. So I took my business elsewhere, and when I needed some work done on my other car I was going to try and see if anything changed but no, you don’t work on older cars. So you can forget it. I’ll leave my review here so everyone knows you don’t really care about the customers, you want to make them out to be the confused people who supposedly have no idea what they are talking about.

Love the service department. They are quick,and friendly. I took my hubs F-150 in for an oil change, and a couple I f filters needed to be replaced. Price for this was reasonable. I did not have an appointment, but I only had to wait for about an hour. The waiting area is comfortable, and they provide coffee.

I have been getting my 2014 Ford f150 5.0 serviced at Covington Ford for years. They have always been straight forward and honest with me. My truck has 100k miles now but thankfully still runs like new in part because covington Ford does the preventative maintenance on it!!

I had a scrubbing sound in the right rear of my car. Dropped by Covington Ford for them to determine the problem. A technician checked the rear brakes and said both brakes needed to be replaced and both rotors should be turned. They worked me into their schedule that day and got it fixed. Problem solved. This is my go to dealership.

I have purchased two vehicles from Matt Crowe this year. I live 700 miles from the dealership. I first spotted a Shelby F150 on the website. I contacted Matt and he made the transaction so super easy! I took a flight to Atlanta and he met me at the front door! The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes!
Next I spotted a beautiful slightly used full size Bronco on the website. Matt again was just fantastic! He overnighted the paperwork, I sent it back and the Bronco was on a transport the next day. I recieved it the following day! I TRUST him so much I bought the Bronco sight unseen.When it was delivered, it was just as he promised. This place rocks! Buy from them!

We are in town on vacation and our car's serpentine belt broke. They got us in last minute, got the part and we were all done in about 2hrs. They told us updates as needed. Everyone we dealt with really great and helpful! Very friendly!
