I moved to Covington about 2 years ago and needed an oil change. I went to the big name places one morning and the guy told me that their system was down and told me to up the street to Pro Lube. When I tell you the service is EXCEPTIONAL & WAYYYYYYYY BETTER than these big name companies BELIEVE ME!! I REFUSE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and they explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me. I was in and out in no time. Definitely coming back for future maintenance!

I have a bullet proof 6.0 L engine and they said that they put 10w 30 in it and it is supposed to have10w40 are 10w50 and they awesome Argued to a professional diesel mechanic that literally went to school and worked at Ford for diesel but they still argued about it and insisted that it was our fault

I used to love coming to this place for oil change and services but the new staff especially the guy with glasses is just not it. His very unprofessional with his worker and the customer service towards the customer so depending and not friendly.
