Stopped in today a few days before my reservation to make sure everything was good to go. There were a few issues with the trailer that U-Haul didn’t disclose but Dyonn made it his priority to make it right and call to verify. Dyonn went above and beyond to make sure everything was laid out on pickup day and pickup locations. Dyonns customer service was top notch and I will definitely use this location again when it comes to needing a U-Haul. Thank you for your assistance and help locating and finding what I need for this reservation.

Dyonn Thomas, the property manager at Covington Stor-It, has the best customer service I have ever seen. He engages himself and evolves himself with all of his customers. He gets to know them on the first name basis which I think is absolutely amazing. He builds a connection and professional relationship with each of his customers. I have to say that he by far is the absolute best manager of any business that I have ever seen. He always has a smile on his face despite any daily obstacles he may face with his job. && He keeps smiles in all of his customers faces.
This man definitely deserves a raise, promotion, or some kind of recognition because no job will ever find someone as outgoing and involving as Dyonn Thomas!!

From start to finish, Dyonn was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He didn’t just do his job he overachieved in every way, taking extra time to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
