I am not a crossfitter, but I've dabbled in it from time to time. I must say, out of the handful of crossfit gyms I've been to, this one was the most accepting and safe instruction I've seen thus far. As a former bb competitor, I remember the birth of crossfit and the stigma it brought with it. But, this one, I feel safe sending friends to, who are interested in working out and learning. I know they won't get hurt on his watch.

I have been going to this gym for almost 2 years and it has been amazing! Such a feeling of community and family there. All the coaches are amazing and give the best support and advise to accomplish your goals. I would highly recommend stopping in and checking it out!!!!

You have everything you need to see great results!
