Went to get my eye brows arched and the tech did a sub par job. I do have thinning at the end of one of my eye brows but other establishments arched my eye brows with no problem. The eye brows were not clean and neat. I have to go to some where else to fix this mess she made. Do not recommend.

My mom and I used to come here when I was a kid when we lived around here. My grandma still goes here to get her nails done since she still lives near there. The original owners from 10-15 years ago are still here and they always do an amazing job! Every time I go here it brings back so much good nostalgia. It is never loud in here, they are always nice, and the place is always very comfortable.

My nail tech was very unattentive my GEL polish chipped 2 days after getting it. How can you mess up gel polish!!! DO NOT go here

I've been a regular customer at your nail salon, but my recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied. During my appointment, the technician was unprofessional and rude. When I expressed dissatisfaction with my nails, she raised her voice and even accused me of wasting her time. This behavior is unacceptable.
Observing her work on another customer, I noticed a lack of attention to detail, making the high prices seem unjustified. When I requested a fix for my nails, she not only refused but also discussed the issue with her colleagues, leading to an uncomfortable situation.
To add to my disappointment, I was charged $20 for the removal of the unsatisfactory nails. This experience was unpleasant, and I have decided not to return. I will be sharing my negative experience with others who may be considering your salon.
Improving customer service and professionalism is crucial for retaining clients, and I hope you take this feedback const

This was the worst I’ve ever seen my nails. I couldn’t even let her finish because they looked so bad. She had the nerve to catch an attitude with me because I didn’t like them & wanted her to soak them off. She also charged me $40 for putting ugly acrylic on my nails. I also asked for off white and these are white. An all around horrible experience.

i’ve gone here twice and both times i was overpriced, two fill ins of only short and medium nails came out to around $90. the first time i came i had a male technician, a customer of his walked in and started chatting and instead of excusing himself he continued to grip my hand so hard he was scratching me while mindlessly filing my skin and cutting the sides of my nails with said file. the second time i came i had a female technician who was polite and professional but my pointer finger nail is now mishapen and my ring finger nail is popping off after only a week.

I love Wendy she is always so nice.. I would give a 5, but I had a bad experience with the guy that gossip like a lady in the back. I see why they put him in the back. He is rude to women who vocal their distaste in him.

Ask for Sea Salt Gel Pedicure. Did not get the full pedicure. No Sea Salt, No hot towel… when I told the young boy who did my pedi he lied and said he did it as if I wasn’t sitting in the chair watching him. And he still charged $50 for incomplete service. I always enjoy treating myself by going to CT Nails. I’ve been going there since they opened! Jimmy keeps everything running smoothly. I love seeing “my” girls!
