Terrible customer service!!! I was told that I overpaid so a check was sent to me. Then they did not come pick up today I called and they said that they cancelled my service and I would have to pay a reinstatement fee for their error!

I don’t use this company, my neighbor does (I use Burgess with no complaints) but this is the second week in a row I have had a package delayed because these guys empty my neighbor’s can and then leave it in the street in front of my mailbox, blocking USPS from driving up to my mailbox. Called to complain but will not hold my breath after reading these reviews. I will update my review and change my rating when the issue ceases.

I originally signed up with curb side but they sold me to waste management who change names to GFL. I had to call to around to see who was providing me services.
Now being with GFl, I have not been happy wither customer service. I had just missed my trash pick-up which was early in the morning. I'll call to see if they could swing back by since it was still super early.. And I got no response, no credit to my acct.. although the rep said, they would get in touch and have my trash picked up.. There really no good service company in the conyers and covington area. All the best companies don't service rockdale.. Now I'm just going try Burgess... they got to be better than Gfl.
I see a need and a market for a good trash companies out here. The current companies are to complacent and they know we don't have many options.

Always broke our trash cans and always skipped our cans even with them being at the curb!. Even more irritating is they took our trash cans a month before the trash bill was even due and left us without trash service! Totally screwed us over! Would never ever recommend and rude!

Paid for service with GFL and haven’t been serviced since I started the service a month ago. Called EVERY WEEK and emailed complaining about not being serviced. Sent a video of them picking up the neighbors trash and skipping my can EVERY WEEK. Was told they would come back to pick up my trash and never did. Called and canceled the service and was told it’ll take 10-14 days for the money to be available for me to get my refund. Horrible horrible service!!

We have been using this service for trash pickup since the county went to the tag system. They are not perfect, but my trash is picked up weekly and the guys picking up the trash are friendly and always wave.

My son's are 9yr they were walking the cans to the road, these jerks wouldn't wait for them to get to the end of the driveway. They then stopped next door even turned to look when we hollered .they promised to come back but they haven't it's Wednesday. They'll have plenty trash Monday. So apparently our trash has not been picked up for about a week. Never experienced this with such a company. Called constantly just to be told “you have until 8pm” and they never show. Once again, is this trash gonna be picked up or is this gonna be until 2 weeks until someone picks up the garbage. This is quite embarrassing for a company. Do better please! This is the laziest company that I've seen in my life! Most companies will allow placing two bags next to the trash can, this company doesn't pick up trash that is dropped so a bag not in the trash is definitely out of question. They need to go out of business, luckily they're the only ones that service this area which is probably the only reason their still opened. I am fed up with Burgess and Sons so I thought about coming over to this company, but wow after reading the reviews I plan to just haul it off myself. I hope a new company comes in. I hope this one and Burgess go out of business.

Worst service I have ever had. They pick up my trash maybe once a month. Pick up day is Friday, but my can will set buy the road for weeks. My neighbors neighbors neighbors neighbor's trash on both sides of my place is picked up regular and they have no complaints. When they do pick up. Half of my trash is on the ground by the can. I have to clean the mess made by them, then wait till they decide to pick up again.Service: Trash removal & disposal
