I would like to Highlight Aniah (Tall Young Lady w/braids)
She went over and beyond for me !! I had problems getting my cvs rewards together but she got everything on point for me. I was very impressed with her great attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Typical stereotypical behavior from my own kind which is sad . The pharmacy staff is VERY rude, they act as if doing their job is going to kill them .. Hostile, and they lack attentiveness, I’ve been given someone else’s medication 2 different times at this location, and then I was put to blame as if I gave the medicine to myself .. The attitude are ridiculous, yall don’t need to be dealing with anyone’s medication if yall are going to have unpleasant distasteful attitudes. Stop sending your medications here, they are TERRIBLE .

Customer service skills upon 50% of the employees there are terrible most dress like they just woke up and rolled out f bed and the other half of them have attitudes like they didn't choose the job ..the job choose them sad ....and the pharmacy not all but most attitudes need adjusting sad

I’m glad I look at the photos before leaving but when they stabled the envelope they stabled my photo with it as well. I came back inside the lady said that I needed a receipt which I showed it to her but telling her I was just in here like 2 minutes ago. And she said “well the machine is down.” I felt like I was just pushed off because of her not wanting to fix the problem.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I dropped off a prescription in the drive thru and you could barely hear anything from the speaker. Verified phone number and didn’t hear anything else so we pulled off. The lady with the long braids seemed to already have an attitude in the drive thru. I decided to come inside to check to see if they had my insurance information on file and to see when the prescription would be ready because I didn’t hear this information in the drive thru. I waited in line inside and was told at the register by another employee I had to go to the consultation booth which I did. The employee at the consultation booth was very friendly and professional unlike the lady in the drive thru. I explained why I was there and she couldn’t find the prescription in the system. She found it in the drive thru area and proceeded to process it. During this time the lady from the drive thru said she told us in the drive thru. I told her you can barely hear anything through the speaker and she proceeded to say you shouldn’t have said ok after she verified the phone number. At no point did anyone say ok or hear anything about receiving a text. We actually sat in the drive thru for a few more minutes to see if she would come back to the window and she didn’t. She had a nasty attitude. I asked the nice young lady at the consultation booth to give me my prescription back I would take my business else where and to have a blessed day because of the drive thru employees nasty attitude. If the rude lady in drive thru with the long braids isn’t happy with her job she should find one she’s happy with and I can’t believe CVS would want someone with such a bad attitude dealing with customers. I don’t know the lady’s name but I should’ve asked for it to report it the corporate office but I will never do business at CVS.

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Bad attitudes and the store is nasty the carpet it was stuff all over the place! Who is the manager ????

Staff in the pharmacy are NOT CONFIDENTIAL in gaining your information and discussing your medical information. I am very concerned about their lack of HIPAA compliant practices. It appears to be a common practice to openly share patients' prescription information around customers. If I have another experience that breaches my privacy rights, I will consider filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) for this location.
