Pharmacy/store is staffed with nice, friendly people. Pharmacy is fast paced, Would love for this to be a 24/7 store . Prescriptions available when told they will be. Staff always willing to extend a hand if needed.

I came three min before closing and had to literally go somewhere else because they had already locked the doors! I have a sick child at home and only needed one item! poor employee work behavior for shutting down early!

The new manager (Page) is rude and horrible! Not a people person AT ALL!! I arrived at the store at 9:40pm and she said they were closed. I said I thought your hours were until 10pm and her only response was we’re closed. This is the fourth time I’ve come and they’re closed before the allotted time and there’s always other people being turned around with me. Does CVS not care? This is a poverty level area and people assume that the store is going to be open until 10pm as it states on the website.

Marquita at the front of the pharmacy was exceptional. She understood that my daughter was in need of a prescription the one on 278 didn’t notify me that they couldn’t fill it. She was able to do it immediately, thank you.

Pharmacist very very rude unprofessional hung up the phone on me. I was as nice as can be. I don’t understand how people can treat other people so badly it just shows and contributes to the world that we are living in and people who are mean and disrespectful. Not realizing that I am trying to help a person who is in pain I’m trying to do my job, but it is the people who have no human compassion and empathy or respect that make this world what it is right now please evaluate the pharmacist. Everyone else is very nice but those that hold a license should not have the right to speak to people so disrespectful .

The worst customer service EVER!!!!! They are always rude! On the phone and in person, in the front and pharmacy!!! Never helpful and the selection is awful!!!!!!! Also one of my medicines there was going to be $175 but only $38 at Publix!!! So glad I don’t have to deal with them anymore!!!!

The Pharmacy is very rude and disrespectful and nasty attitude. A don’t have any care in the world that ppl are waiting for 25 mins before someone coming to you, but will have you waiting in line forever. They will just keep looking at you over and over again like you are not standing there waiting.

Pharmacist won’t fill my prescription because the doctor is too far away? She’s had my prescription for a WEEK! would have been nice to know that when I dropped it off.

I called in a refill at 9:14 am today. They said it will be ready by one. Received a text at ten saying it was ready. Drove at 12:10 to pick it up and waited 20 minutes to be told it's not ready and give them another hour. Go back at 2:30 to be told it's not ready. Give them another hour, and on top of it these people have been really rude. Poor customer service, long waits, prescriptions not ready when promised. Covid tests performed in the drive thru really inconvenience the customers just trying to pick up prescriptions that are never ready. Most of the time you're lucky if they even have your medication in stock. Then they act as if you did something wrong and speak very poorly to you. Regardless of the kind of day you're having you took a job in customer service, it's really time to step up the treatment of customers before you start losing them. This is absurd!!! Will transfer to another CVS that's a further drive because my family and I do not deserve this. Shame on you CVS.

I have never had to wait for more than a couple minutes to get a prescription. When I go to the drive-through, the line moves very quickly. I find everybody that I've ever dealt with they're very professional and accommodating. I'm not sure I have ever liked a pharmacy better than this one.
