I received SNS nails on Thursday. All my nails were cracking and breaking on the following Monday. I went in to get them fixed and they was trying to charge me $4 per nail. The lady talking about I probably cracked them at work. I said baby I work in a lab doing nothing to crack SNS...lol. I will never go there again. I do not recommend this shop. Period....

This is my second time here I gave them the benefit of the doubt cause they messed up my nails the first time I was like I’ll give them another try only for them to rush through everything and still didn’t look good I had to tell lady multiple time what I wanted my nails were not what I showed her the first picture is what I wanted the second and third is what I got smh I’m not going back I have this place two chances when you ask them to do something it’s like they have an attitude….

I always have great experience here! I actually drive 25 mins out of my way to come to this salon. I won't go anywhere else. I even bring my husband here for his pedicures. Love it here!

I had the absolute worst experience at this shop! I will never go there again! Manager (Tina) was very rude. I simply asked them to explain things for me because I had never had my nails done on my hands and they were less than helpful. Another visto had to come and answer my questions. This is the worst service I have EVER received!!! Don’t go here

This place is no longer my favorite. Terrible when it comes to communicating. I have gone here several times simply asking for service and it’s like a big deal each time. Tina is very rude and the others are non chulant. They obviously don’t care about their customers. Had a pedicure done last week and one of my toes needed to be redone. I walked in had only one question. Can someone redo my toe. You would have thought I accused them of doing something awful when I simply asked to have it redone. It was no big deal to me who did it nor was an accusing anyone. It’s always a problem here lately so I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go someplace where customers are valued and the environment is pleasant!

Came here when I first moved to Conyers with my daughter and husband about 4 years ago we got 2 full sets and 3 pedicures NOBODY WAS Pleased with their Nails or Toes we would’ve came out better doing them ourselves,I’ve been too busy to get a broke nail replaced therefore I had a little downtime today didn’t care who did it and how it looked I just needed one put back on so I tried them again the same women from 4 years ago still work there the oldest lady of them all told me seven dollars for a nail repair, My nails not long and it’s nothing spectacular about my nails Why would I pay you seven dollars when you can’t even do nails for real?

I went to go get my nails done YESTERDAY & one already broken. They already gave me terrible service & double price. Horrible work conditions. 0/10 would not recommend. I did not like the nails i received & still payed the price. The nails was very chunky & rushed.

If there was a way to leave 0 stars, I would have. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago, and they charged me $45, and I tipped $10. My total on my bank statement was $55. She accused me of lying and said it wasn't true, even though she agreed that she was the last one to do my nails. Two nails were damaged in the process, and they had to be fixed 3 times before becoming close to what I asked for. She tried to charge me $13 dollars more for the exact same service. I would not recommend anyone to get their nails done here.
