Days Inn by Wyndham Covington is a well-maintained and clean hotel. Many guests find the rooms to be spotless, very clean, and nicely set up, with comfortable beds and perfect water pressure. The staff is consistently noted as very friendly, positive, patient, and providing great service. The location offers good walkability, being close to stores and eateries. It is considered a good value, especially for those who need a room primarily as a place to sleep, and it offers well-equipped mobility accessible rooms. Under its new management, the hotel is seen as doing an amazing job and heading in the right direction, leading many guests to plan return visits. However, some guests have reported significant issues, including a disappointing breakfast offering and, in some cases, unclean conditions like unmopped floors and a dirty air conditioning filter.
The manager was very nice and accommodating. The rooms, especially the floors. Could use some more cleaning.

Some of the rooms are a little dated but they’re clean, the few interactions I’ve had with staff have been nice, and not badly priced for the accommodation level.
I’ve stayed here a few times after work, or staying out too late. And I will definitely continue to do so.

Room was clean, and staff was friendly. I will definitely consider staying here the next time I come to Covington.
