The fella working there right now, YaFeelMe, got a bad rap for no reason. He doesn't steal from folks and is very helpful. Don't listen to the haters, they like to lie. Promote him, don't fire him! Also, the store is cool, just needs a couple stockers.

The boy name tag said ya feel me. I got six items all but two were a dollar. How did my total come to $44.00? I assumed he put my receipt in my bag. I go to check- NO RECEIPT. Go back in the store and asked for it. He refuses to give me my receipt. He refuses to get the manger. I asked for a reprint. He said they can’t do reprint. I asked for a refund. He laughed in my face and said you can’t get a refund because you don’t have no receipt. At this point both employees are laughing in my face like it’s a joke. Because they put their items on my tab at check out. Not only are they stealing from customers but to mock them is another. Fire both of them!

Completely racist, inept, and unprofessional mgt. Package of hangers clearly marked $4 but rang up as $5. Cashier gets "manager" who claims she isn't the manager and cant change any prices because there is no manager, meanwhile same "non manager" had just did a price change for a black customer. I happen not to be black. Coincidence? Doubtful.

If your seeking a great experience, shop elsewhere. The store is very messy. The aisles are blocked and you can not even get carts down them. They are always out of mostly everything. The things they do have are almost always priced incorrect. The store manager Latrese is very rude and should not be the manager over ANY job.I went in to purchase washing powder pods and they were marked $4.xx but when I got to the front they were actually $10. I complained and was told the manager does not allow the prices to be adjusted because there was a gentleman that work in the store who was dyslexic. I stopped shopping the store all together because this was on a regular basis (10 times that I can recall off of the top of my head). As a shopper, I do not wish to search for the correct price when I am shopping convenience.My family went into the store the other night (my husbands request). I picked up 2 packs of paper plates and paper towels. Everything rung up incorrectly. The paper plates were marked $2 for a 30 pack and $1 for 100+. I assumed it was a sale. They actually rung up for $4.50. I advised Latrese that they rung up incorrectly and she rudely stated that they were not a dollar and that she will not adjust the price. Not once did she apologize but instead continued to be rude. The older gentleman working with her found the tags far away from the shelf and apologized that there was nothing he could do. I have since reported the store for repeated mis-pricing, clutterness, and have attempted to reach out to the general manager with no response. It is not about getting anything for free but the principal of being addressed in a rude manner when the store is in the wrong.

This store is always very messy, never no products on the shelves. Over and over again I am going to stop going there, just worthless. The walk way down each lane so blocked off with merchandise on a cart, always like that each visit. I can go to another one, always clean and shelves well stocked. The line to check out always long only one cashier and another employee will wait until the other cashier gets down to 2 people than comes to open the other register it’s too late now.
