This store is always a mess and shelves are never stocked. Like why can't we shop from all of the boxes down each isle? Why won't someone do something to make it better. If I didn't work a full time job already, I would try to make a difference at the dollar tree in covington. I have complained to management twice.

You kind of know the site when you come here. You should also check prices. Someone is cheaper at Wal-Mart. Long line and slow service makes this a "get what you pay for" experience.

Not stocked. Dirty. It use to be great but not anymore. I guess paying employees $7 an hour will do that.

I came to the store at 9:50 am and the door was locked. I saw where it was supposed to be open at 9 am. The lady that was supposed to be opening the store was sitting in her vehicle and smoking a cigarette. The lady looked at the few of us standing outside by the front door and did nothing. As we sat here trying to call corporate, we let more customers know they are closed. It is now 10 am and the doors are still not unlocked and the lady finally walks to the door with another cigarette in her mouth. She came to apologize as she cannot get in due to no management or district manager not answering their phone to open the door. This is why I will not be shopping at this Dollar Tree

Clean store and good customer service. Don't expect to find a cooler or frozen section though.
