I ordered a couple of pizzas a few weeks ago. I got to the location early so that I ca get my pizza hot out the oven because of course I have to travel home. I sat there a while then finally decided to go inside because I suspected my pizza should be done. The app stated it was still in the oven. When I went inside it was sitting. I told the young lady I didn’t like the fact that my pizza had been sitting, I was here waiting to take it home, and I had not seen a status change on the app. She told me they don’t control the app it’s a corporate thing. Well I asked to speak to the manager. She was no help really her thoughts were it’s only been sitting for 17 minutes. I said and I have to drive 10 minutes home. I told her I didn’t want a pizza that was not hot especially when I have been sitting up her waiting. She expressed again it was not her fault. No apologies given. I said, she could either remake the pizza or give me my money back. She made the choice to give me my money back. So I went to Papa John’s across the street and guess what their app work. The app at Dominos still showed my pizza in the oven.

Don’t understand the hate, yes online ordering was a little slow but the food was hot, the order was right, and once the food was ready the delivery was quick!

I love how you are able to watch them make the pizza now and their service is fast and the employees are friendly. Can't say much about the Atmosphere, there's really nothing to look at other than the pizza lol.

Ordered a large pizza with some buffalo wings, the wings had absolutely no flavor on them, they were plain they were the worst wings iv ever had in my life, very mushy hardly any chicken to them ??♂️

We ordered pizza for delivery and the one we got was horrible. The dough was so old there were more air pockets then dough. Half of it didnt have cheese and the other half was burned. Very poor

My autistic nephew ordered a specialty pizza & a 2-litter sprite from the call center. This location OVER charged him $30, AND didn't bring my nephew a 2-litter sprite AT ALL. KYLE KLEINHANS is the closing manager there. When trying to come to a solution with him, HE was unapologetic, he wouldn't listen, he became argumentative and sassy by speaking fast without understanding. NO SOLITUON was proposed. Please believe corporate will hear about this unacceptable behavior. How in the hell is he in CHARGE of anything at that store!!!! A coaching tool is definitely needed or a demotion.

I ordered online and paid. Around 4:35 they sent me a text saying it would be ready in about 8-10 minutes. I got to the store about 4:50. There was about 7 people in line in front of me, but no one waiting on anyone. Finally a guy asked if therevwas anyone calling out names for the people who ordered online and paid. A woman said o i will she started looking through the piza orders that were done and calling out names. She finally called me around 6:02, my pizza had been sitting on the shelf for over an olhour wile i was setting there waiting for it. By the time they gave me my pizza it was dried out and cold. No one even ate it because it was so dried out. Total waste of time and money. I won't be going back to this location.

Sadly, I have to join the chorus of those who are not enamored with the service here. I remember when Dominos delivery was "30 minutes or less," now it seems to be "an hour and 30 minutes or more." My pizza was made correctly and delivered correctly, but according to their own tracker, it spent 40 minutes in 'quality check' and another 20 minutes on the road This means they didn't have drivers, but they did have my phone number. They could have called when the pizza was done and offered me an option to pick up my pizza which I certainly would have done. They didn't do that and my pizza arrived almost inedible. Today, Dominos made a sale, but they lost a customer.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They like to overcharge customers! I sent my 17 year old son to pick up 2 pizzas from Little Caesars, which is always 100% !!! He decided to go to Dominoes. He ordered 2 medium pepperoni. Got home with the pizza, which was ice cold, and tasted old and tough as shoe leather! He handed me the receipt and it was almost $37 for 2 damn medium 1 topping pizzas!!! He was overcharged and taken advantage of !!! We called back to the store to see if they could do a partial refund or maybe add a coupon and was told there was nothing they could do. Stop overcharging people! Dominoes.....YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN !!!

Dry hard pizza wing wasn’t fully cooked order on line waited for my order went to pick it up still had to wait. Pace order at 7:45 pick was ready at 8:35 got to the store had to wait almost 10 mins

Long wait. They had to remake the garlic parmesan, to remake them wrong. Pizza undercooked and cinnamon knots instead of garlic knots. Marking orders completed as well and they aren't completed. Marked my order completed 15-20 minutes before it was done to try and save face I guess in corporates eyes.

We ordered two medium pizzas and pasta. Pasta was fine but the two pizzas were made with expired ingredients which got everyone in the household sick. Tried to contact this establishment but no one would pick up, I called three times. Contacted the company from the website and they assured me someone would get in touch with me. I eventually was informed that I needed to call the store that I had credit there. After calling the store I talked with a manager that basically said they had no idea what I was talking about. I think he said something about a credit for two medium pizzas but he spoke as if he had no idea what was going on. I gave up on this location. I paid money for pizza and was given two rancid items that got us all sick. None of us ate more than a bite before throwing everything away except the pasta.The least this location could have done was given an open credit and not assume we were going to try their nasty pizza again. I haven't been able to stomach pizza since this situation, it's been almost a month. So fair warning to anyone considering getting food from the Covington, GA location, you may end up getting sick rather than enjoying food.

Long wait time, they was very busy. The waitress that brought out my order was very nice and explained why it took so long. As promised on the app, after a certain time they will give you a free pizza on your next order which she validated. The only reason 4 stars is because of the wait time, otherwise I highly recommend.
