If you love your freedom please avoid the young girl working here with purple braids and glasses. I pray for her and the day she actually crosses someone with nothing to lose. Supervisors should evaluate her behavior. It would be a shame if she put those other nice kids in jeopardy because she thinks it’s cute to be rude and ghetto. Definitely won’t be back

I ordered a hot coffee with cream. As soon as I pulled away I took a sip of freezing cold coffee that tasted so old. You could order the same drink ten times from this location and it will taste different every time.

First time we came here they couldn’t make any “coffee related” drink because they were out, second time I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to be rudely told “drive through closed.” I tried to pull up to the window and explain I had my dog with me and couldn’t come inside but I got shooed away then ignored. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Went through the drive-thru, then was instructed to park in front of the building. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food to finally be delivered to me.

Location is absolutely terrible! Manager useless. Obvious that associates need additional training. One wonderful associate pleaded with me to give them another chance. She was awesome, but I doubt if that happens since it took me two years to get over my last bad experience with them. Different team with same results. Lots of time and patience required when visiting this location.

This establishment needs to be a negative zero!! I experienced lack luster customer service at the crowell Rd location. I was charged twice for almond milk because I ordered a small vs a medium hot coffee. If I had placed an order online it would have been less. I requested a refund and the team lead couldn't even assist. What's the use of having a team lead/manager on duty with no empowerment abilities. It's like having a new car with no insurance. Just something to look at. I called the store only to be informed it's disconnected. C'mon you gotta do better just last week the store didn't open on time. The employees just stood in the dark while customers passed by the drive Thur.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and quality of the service at this location. It is getting harder to find a restaurant of any kind in our area that is worth going to, but based on this visit we will be back.
