Our service was great from start to finish. Holly did an excellent job staying in touch and keeping us updated on the progress of the work. The repairs were done quickly and the car looks great. Thank you to the Shop Team for doing a great job. And thank you to Kristy at the front desk for answering our questions. Would recommend Classic Collision anytime. No reason to go anywhere else.

With the pandemic still affecting the supply chain, getting parts in a timely fashion can be difficult. However my advisor Holly kept me updated throughout the process. I never had to call to get an update on the status my repair.

I hit a deer a few weeks ago my insurance company got me set up with them to get my car fixed. So the insurance sent all my information over (On the information and me calling a few times) they knew the car had to be towed! So I called and made an appointment, the appointment was 2 weeks away so the day of the appointment I go up there for them to tell me they aren't taking tow ins.. So why they ever had the appointment set is beyond me?? You knew it was a tow in 2 weeks prior!!! So they wasted two weeks of my time, when they could have said no and I could have done went somewhere else!!! Mind you the day this happend I called another collision place and they came and got my car the next day!! I'm already irritated because I have no car and having to borrow one and they make it even more difficult.. Not happy with the service or the lack of communication.

Very poor customer service interaction with regional manager Nicholas Bouchea. He was at the Covington location at the same time I was there and he would not speak with about the problems I was experiencing at the Loganville location. I don't understand your star rating because one star could mean very good or very bad. I'm hoping it means bad. I don't understand why a regional manager literally jump in his car and take off after a customer has been sitting at the office waiting to speak with him for almost 2 hours. I did stop him but he still refused to speak with me.

I've had to use them twice within the last 6 months. They provided great service both times. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired in a timely manner. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my services. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friend.

Poor workmanship and attitude by some employees. Took back 3times to get paint straight. Still when got home over spray all over hood and top.

Their name should be classic bait and switch. Wrote an estimate and said we don't like to accept cash because cost could go up and we like to deal with insurance companies because they don't question us. I have no problem if there is unforseen damage that was not on the estimate but I will not be price gouged. Not to mention they didn't even honor the appointment time and date that they gave me. I see why the keep changing their name so people can't keep up with this con artist company.Service: Painting

I visited yesterday. The repairman seem to be knowledgeable about what repair is needed. He told me that he would try to find the part needed and call me later yesterday or by today. I called back before they closed yesterday and today. So far, I haven't been able to talk to him because he's busy and the other representatives can't answer my question whether or not the part was found. It may be hard to find the part or they can't find it this quick. I'm not going to give a bad rating yet because of that but I would like the manager to let me know something either way. I can make a decision to do something else if he can't get the job done.

The best collision shop I've ever experienced. The staff was super friendly. Bill took care of me even after having to go back over some mistakes that I made. This is where I will be going if God forbid I ever have to go back again.
