The owner was very nasty and rude and very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this location fir anyone . She even called the cops after I said god bless . I recommend fall braids and more

Talks on the phone whole time . I paid 170 for 7 braids straight back with no stitch and made me wait 5 hours in total.. don’t waste your time. She’s greedy. The braids are neat but Highly disappointed because what she did was not what we discussed .

They do beautiful work but it will cost you an arm and a leg. The prices are not competitive at all compared to others in the area. I came here because my primary two African hair braiding shops in Covington had no same day availability. And I called ahead and only had to wait about 30 minutes at Fatima’s shop. This was my first time here and I gave them a chance because of the good reviews but because I know I can get the same quality work for a much more reasonable price I will not be returning. You would’ve thought I got braids mid to lower back or down to my behind for the amount I paid. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful shop and very clean.

They are clean and fast. I was a walk in they started at 9:30 and I was out by 1 and I only had one person Braidng my hair. They definitely have me as a for life customer.

Fatima hair braiding is really good. I have gone 4 times, each time left satisfied. Update alert 1/4/24.....Just stopped by again with another satisfying day. AJ did knotless just what I wanted Thx ?
