Probably the worse mechanic shop in Covington or Metro area. I put my vehicle in this shop on April or May 2022. Telling this so-called mechanic that the vehicle was stalling while driving. He replaced some part on it saying that the scanner diagnosed that the part was faulty (And was the problem) I drove the vehicle about 5miles to test it,came back to the shop and told the OWNER Frank that it was still doing the same thing. He said leave it and he’ll take another look at it.2 weeks later he stated it needs a timing chain replacement. I ask him was he SURE because the vehicle cranks and sounds great.He stated YES,so I said okay do you want me to get the parts or he can? He stated I could get the parts.(Fast forward) I ordered the parts and they arrived within a WEEK. My vehicle sat at this mechanic’s shop another 4 months after he received the parts. I had to literally take him to court to retrieve my vehicle after sitting at this mechanic’s shop for almost 2YEARS!! Then after I WON the judgement it took him over a YEAR to pay the judgement (Finally paid 05/12/25) I WILL NEVER refer anyone to this mechanic shop nor will he EVER get my business again..👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

RUN!! I don’t recommend this shop at all I got charged $946.67 for a radiator for a 2011 m37 just for it to have a leak .

Must admit I was a little worried about this place because my daughter found them online. But, I couldn't been more wrong about this place. I want say THANK YOU to the owner.My daughter had car problems while traveling in the area. She called Frank's and explained the problem to him and he had her to bring the car to him. When she got there he took one look and told her that what she explained was not her problem and it would be much less than what he told her. He made an exception for her so that she could pick her car up on a different day to accommodate her schedule. I really appreciated him for that. I now know who I could trust to take car too if I need to if I'm in the area.Frank THANK YOU for helping my daughter in her time of need.

Best Mechanic you’ll ever find. Great customer service and honest. I went to see why my tire had a scraping sound and the gentleman checked the problem and easily fixed it. Even though it wasn’t anything serious the mechanic didn’t lie to me or charged me for anything not relevant. The mechanic didn’t charge me at all which was shocking. This mechanic is truly a hidden gem and I will be coming back for any problems.
