I called Ginn CJDR dealership in Covington, Georgia in October. Trying to locate a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I had tried several dealerships in different states to find the right one without success. When I the Ginn dealership, Khadijah Florence was the salesperson who I was given. She was so helpful and understanding in my mission. Even though they did not have what we were looking for in inventory , she explained, she would keep looking and keep me updated every week, which she did. Unfortunately, we found one that was out of state, and I called her to let her know of our find. She was honestly happy for me, and went above and beyond in making a would-be customer a priority. Again, Ginn CDJR should be very proud to employ a sales person like Khadijah. I hope she gets all the credit for giving your dealership a great review. She’s exceptional in my eyes and set the standard high for other sales people. Car buying is one of the least things I like to do because of past poor salesmanship and being told one thing and then it not coming true even with a deposit. Khadijah is five star to me And I hope she is appreciated. I know she will do a great job for anyone on the other end of her phone. Great job Khadijah! My salesperson was Khadijah and she treated me like family. I went to trade in my car for a used car with fewer miles and ended up with a brand new Jeep Renegade! I'dhad no intentions of getting a new car but Khadijah convinced me that my fifty mile daily commute would eventually wear badly on my car. Besides, I always wanted a Jeep. She followed my wishlist and pulled up in the Renegade. She worked the numbers and the rest is history.I love this dealership, too. The ambiance was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and it was clean and inviting. The coffee was right on time and the snacks were plentiful. Lol.I'll definitely send friends to Ginn.

I don't recall his name, but the sales manager with the long-ish, greasy hair and black eye got greedy. They gave me thousands less than the lowest book value for my highly desirable trade, and pretty much said it was because of the good deal I was getting on a brand new truck. My saleswoman was very pleasant, but she didn't seem interested in working to 'seal the deal' other than relaying messages.The lady in the follow-up call wanted to make sure I would give them a '10' rating on the survey they sent. I told her I would not, and she wanted to discuss it so they could make it right. Since I knew they weren't going to apologize for insulting me and give me a few thousand dollars back, I didn't feel like discussing anything. And when I finally got the survey and filled it out, it wouldn't accept my 'less-than-10' rating, and now the link won't work. Fun and convenient.I'm sure there'll be some 'smart' reply to this, and that's ok; sad, but ok. This is the second Ram I've bought in the 10 years I've been their customer, but unfortunately, it will be my last. There are just too many dealers competing for my business. I would have left without buying this one, but my wife and two young children came along in a separate vehicle from nearly 2 hours away, and well, I really liked the one I got.

I went early morning Friday September 29th to have a battery replacement. NICK WAS AWESOME!!! ? He greeted me, listened to me, and helped me as he took out the old corroded battery and put in the new one. He also put air in my tires & he was just so attentive & caring that I felt so well taken care of! I left feeling great about my experience & safe in my vehicle! Thanks to NICK! Thanks y’all! I will be back! And you better hang on to Nick! He’s an Angel on Earth!

Do not bring your vehicle here. I bought my van here and thought it would be safe to take it there for service. Around 127k miles I had an issue with my front passengers hub assembly. They kept my van for twice the amount of time they said they would and when I got it back I now had problems on my driver's side. They were trying to convince me that I didn't hear it because of the noise the passenger side made. However the paassenger side didn't make noise before until I went about 50-55 and the driver's side was now making noise at only 35 mph. They looked at it again and told me that the bearing was crossthread on the drivers side and was causing the problem. How was this crossthread? And if it happened at the factory why didn't it mess up until 127k miles after you touched it?? So they "fixed" it and offered to split the cost. After they "fixed" it I was still having problems. I took it up there and they kept giving me every excuse under the sun. They even once told me that it was my cheap tires not rated for the weight in my van, but I didn't even have any any load in the van when they said that. After 3 months of going up there about 5 times my van broke down at work. I got it towed in and sure enough my hub assembly had messed up. They had issues with parts coming in and ended up keeping my vehicle for about 35 days. I asked for a loaner from them multiple times and they kept saying none were available for the whole 35 day period they had my vehicle. When I finally got it back I was still having issues. I took it back to get looked at and they told me it was transmission issues and they didn't have a transmission technician so I would have to take it somewhere else. I took it to a different shop and they diagnosed it as a improperly installed drivers bearing. They lied to me so they wouldn't have to fix what they messed up again. 20k miles and 9 months, that's how long I wasted here. I took an issue in to get fixed and that turned into a string of improperly installed components. I was ignored by the GM so many times I had to call Tim the owner just to get a response. I got chastised by the GM for calling his boss when he was unresponsive. These people have no accountability for the things they do.

Timely service on an oil change and grateful they fixed an open recall that was on my vehicle model. None of the employees i spoke with that day were pushy with sales or services i didn't need. Outstanding customer service in multiple departments of the dealership. Will be back for more service and hope it goes well!

As I read the reviews on this place, I realize I'm not the only one who has had issues with the service department! I'm disappointed in the lack of awareness with checking, repairing & fixing the problem with a car that was purchased from your dealership! I purchased my car in March 2023 by July 1st 2023 it was shutting down. ONLY 4 MONTHS I HAD THE CAR BEFORE IT'S SHUTTING DOWN! All while having to pay a car note for what is seemingly a lemon from what's supposed to be a legit dealership. Every signal including the check engine light came on. Got them to put it on the machine & was told they didn't see any codes. Meanwhile all of every check light was on in my "new car" from this place. They don't answer their phone's. I'm assuming due to the high calls of complaints. They charged me almost $700.00 to fix a problem all for me to drive off the lot & have the exact same issue. Check engine light still, on all lights still flashing. I should've known something was up when I made my payment & asked REBECCA was there any other problems with the car, did the mechanic find anything else wrong & she said well, no. We looked at what you told us. HUH? REALLY!!! What I told you was all the lights on my car is flashing & coming on. What I told you was the check engine light is on. What I told you was my car shut down twice with me & my kids in it!!! That's what I told you & it was supposed to be up to your service department to FIND & FIX THE PROBLEM!!! Which clearly isn't the case. Seems to be the area you all lack in! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE THE REPAIRS THAT WERE NOT FIXED ASAP!!! Will be contacting BBB because it's a shame how many people have dealt with this & no solution to the matter has come about it. People continually getting ripped off, just sad!

Tried to drop my vehicle off for a diag but because my truck is under power train warranty they refused me. I will be reporting y’all to Chrysler HQ and BBB. I am also in the auto industry. I didn’t get service rep name but it’s an older gentleman that sits to the back and wears glasses but people like that makes provides bad experiences to the consumers. This dealership needs to do better on their customer’s experiences because without people you wouldn’t have a business. Keep in mind I was dropping the vehicle off and giving them time but instead they refused me smh. I was also trying to trade in my truck but they lost that also.

I purchased my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee new at Ginn and have had it serviced ever since at Ginn. I always get good customer service and treated professionally. My Jeep is still running strong!

I have been satisfied with Ginn for over 12 years and a few vehicles. They treat you with respect and make you feel a part of the Ginn family. This has been my greatest experience with cars in the 26 years I have been in the Atlanta metropolitian area. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was very nice and not pushy about sales and offerings allowing you time to think and not feel pressured. Inventory was good and diverse. We liked doing business with Sheldon, Deborah, and Wes.
