I was in and out! Keith is such a wonderful guy to work with. I was worried when I pulled up and seen the shop was very busy even tho I made my appointment online. He said they were very busy and short staffed and it would a little bit of a wait. That was fine with me, I got off of work early and I wasn’t in a rush! But Keith got me in and out within 30 minutes of me being there despite the circumstances! I will be back and I highly recommend this location to anyone. The front desk lady was also very kind and even offered me an ice cold water bottle! #ForeverACustomer!

Monday, Jun 10 I came to goodyear for help to remove a screw. The young lady at the desk was a pro and quickly help me and my son. This is why I also come to this store for my automotive issued.

Worked with Keith Beltman - very professional kept me in the know about my vehicle. Originally came in with what could have been a warranty claim on my Goodyear tires that wound up being misdiagnosed elsewhere - Keith’s team found it to be an issue with the front driver side wheel bearings. When picking up my vehicle, he took time to explain what was done to correct the issue. I drove away with a super quiet smooth ride.

This is one of the only places I trust with my car. Blake, Kelly, and Mr. Keith are always amazing. The customer service is impressive to say the least. They are always honest, and fair with pricing. You get what you pay for… so you could probably find someone to do it for “less” but the quality probably wouldn’t be there. I’ve never had a bad experience, and every time I go in… I know they are going to take care of me and my family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car service or advice on any issues you may be having with your vehicle .

SO I CALLED AVIS RENTAL AND ASKED THEM WHERE DO I GO TO DO A OIL CHANGE FOR THEIR VEHICLE AND WAS TOLD TO GO YO " GOODYEAR, MAVIS AND PEPBOYS "....I WAS JUST REJECTED FROM THIS GOODYEAR AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT SERVICE AVIS RENTAL CARS.... SO WHO'S THE LIER " AVIS CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THIS GOODYEAR ?"

Costumer service was good, just wish they cared more about the outside appearance of the business. Goodyear lights no longer come on at all, a part of the wood came apart a while ago and hasn’t been fixed and lastly lots of trash outside. Not a good look at all.

We have serviced our vehicles here since we moved to Covington and have only had good experiences from this Goodyear. When we call, the staff is always knowledgeable and courteous.When we drop off, they give us a timeframe of when the vehicle might be ready, and most of the time we get the call way earlier than expected that the work is completed.Any unexpected issues or costs are immediately relayed to us so that we can make the final determination.

I have never seen a business be so great. My grandparents were thinking about buying a used car. Kelly looked it over for them and gave them a diagnosis of the car and saved them from buying a complete lemon. She was so nice to my grandparents. They have a customer for life with me now.

I’ve been coming here for a very long time (Years) to get my cars serviced. Today, 9/2/23 at 10:00, had an appt. for two cars, oil changes just like 3 months ago didn’t happen for us today. One car got there about 9:20 and second car at 10:00. I was told by Mike that’s not gonna happen today. Did I mentioned, it happen 3 months ago, both cars. This appt. was made 3 days prior and I was told, we will take the second car when the first car comes out. “Not today” per Mike. I asked why? Per Mike explaining while laughing “We can’t put two cars in one bay at the same time” Anyone with a small fraction of a brain would know that. So, I really feel that Mike just didn’t give a damn if I got my oil changed or not and it was very comical and ok for Mike to say this to me in front of other customers who were waiting. I calmly asked Mike not to say that to a PAYING customer who has been there for years. Mike told me thatI can wait 2 to 4 hrs or leave the car. I said no and walked away. I will not ever return and corporate office will hear from me. I take customer service very seriously. World class customer service was not provided today at Goodyear on Brown Bridge Rd., Covington, GA…
