I simply called twice before I came and made sure they could cut my hair off of a video and they said yes. So I came in and showed them a simple video and they said yes we can do it mid way thru i already knew she was messing me up but I thought it was just because my hair was up. I have no hair on my sides and it looks like I just have a tail. I have an interview and multiple picture stuff coming up I would never go to this place or at least don’t go to the lady 3rd to last on the left side.

This location has great staff! Everyone I have worked with has given me a quality outcome. Allison, Andy and Jamie have all been fantastic!

I have never had a problem with this location but on Saturday September 8th. I went in there and my hair cut was in my notes and they completely screwed it up. I cannot remember the dude’s name that cut my hair, but I told him don’t do it as short as it says in the notes and he completely shortened the sides and did not even touch the top now my hair is long on the top and short short on the sides. If I ever see this dude again, I am not getting him

Came into this location in Covington, already had a fade done to my hair and just asked for a scissor cut for the top of head because it was a little long and the guy in there that cuts hair proceeds to start cutting the side of my hair that i just had faded the day before and ruins my $60 fade and then cuts my hair up higher on one side than the other and so its very uneven now. Extremely dissatisfied and would expect better especially with the communication given to the barber.

Ive came here years and never had a problem. Today nicole cut my hair. I was trying to tell her what everyone else usually does.And she got snippy. Then she did nothing to shape my hair, and I looked like a poodle.
Everyone in that salon knew how crazy I looked and she had the nerve to send me into the world like this.
I wanted to cry.
I'll go back but avoid her.

I went in to get 4-6 inches cut off my hair due to dead ends and the stylist took me back was pleasant was kind of quick but when I got home my wife noticed how chopped and uneven the back of my hair was didn’t think about it at time but was not shown back of my hair very disappointed don’t trust going back I am a nurse with an extremely busy schedule have made appointment with another salon to get fixed
