My prescription was a compound , had to be mixed at Carmichaels Monroe store . I dropped it off Monday at the Covington store and it was ready for pickup there on Tuesday. Great service , very helpful and friendly.

The best pharmacy in the Covington area. Super polite. Always attentive and caring. Pharmacists are knowledgeable. That small town feel, puts CVS and Walgreens to shame. They atleast answer their phone every single time.

The staff at Carmichael’s (specifically the pharmacy staff) are AMAZING! They are kind hearted, caring, and very professional. This is why I chose to switch over to Carmichael’s.

Gave pharmacy two prescription that clearly shows quantity 90 with one refill. When I refilled these, I got 60 for one and 30 for the other, instead of 90. Same problem with another prescription.

Larry is a Professional Pharmacist as all of the staff are. I was so glad Carmichaels came to Covington so I could leave the corporate owned pharmacies where I was just a number, not a customer. Thank You Larry!

Very friendly and professional. They communicated in a very timely manner and I was texted in less the time they said it would be ready. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other pharmacies in the area. I wish I would have known this place existed and it would have saved a lot of headaches and frustration!
