I went to Gloria Lee to do my taxes this year. and she was a very sweet lady and she explained everything.to me.. I would tell everybody to go to her. If I could I would give her 10 stars.. very nice and very respectful. And treats u very week like a friend or a family member.

This location is not professional at all the only one had respect was the receptionist and Tamika was very nice polite and knowledgeable. The manager whoever she is don’t need to be a manager don’t know anything about taxes. I went in January 20,2025 to get an advance the tell me if I file I can’t get the advance I will have to wait until January 27, 2025 when irs opens up to get the loan which was a lie. I said okay. Long story short is that I see why people don’t file there after I left there I went to H&R on 278 and file my taxes and when I walk out the door I had my money and it was easy and simple. Fastest I’ve ever seen money come in 30mins after you file.

Very unprofessional! Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. Lady came up talked to the receptionist and asked what was I doing there. She told her I have an appointment. I guess she wanted to continue her conversation with the other worker. She mumbled something and they laughed. To say the least she pretended her computer was not working probably and she wouldn’t be able to assist me. If a customer is willing to pay over charged prices for a service the least you could do is pretend you were happy to provide the service. She gave me her card and told me to make another appointment. I will not return. I politely left and threw the card in the trash on my way out.

Linda Lockaby! We have had Linda prepare our taxes for many years in Ohio. My wife and I go between Ohio and Florida these days and Linda told us last year about her move to Atlanta, so my wife and I drove 8 hours from Lakeland Florida to Atlanta just to have Linda prepare our taxes!
