Ive been using H&R block since 2020. This year was such a pain to file my taxes online. I sent the documents virtually on the 31st of March and my taxes ended up being filed on the 15th of April around 730pm. Ended up having to pay(deduction from refund) the same amount that I paid last year for filing for 3 states when I filed for 2 this year. Not sure if my actual status played a role in how neglected my case has been by that office (the one on 2108 Lee St, in Covington), but that does it for me. No more H&R block for me. I had to call and ask for updates, and its hard when u have an active child that u care for and other things to do the whole day.I do want to thank miss Angela though, the receptionist , for helping me switch to someone else who ended up filing my taxes for me.

I had an issue with the IRS and I was put in contact with Miranda Peppers from this office. She was absolutely amazing. I went from owing the IRS $250K to $0 when she worked her magic. She’s extremely resourceful. Go see her directly

Being open 2 days out of the week and not being able to speak with anyone on the phone in the mean time is beyond ridiculous and inconvenient. Trying to get in touch with someone about my taxes WITCH I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN MONTHS AGO??? Extremely frustrating !!!
