  Was in town, checking out Covington & ran across this nice shop. Huge variety of scents infused into candles, wax melts, sprays & more. The Vampire Diaries themed spray called 'Hello Brother' is one of the best men's scents ever, rivaling name brand colognes.

  I LOVE the Soap Box! My mother in law gifted me some of their soaps awhile back and I have used them since! They have many different scents and great quality soaps. I usually buy the bars of soap and bath bombs. I love them! Would definitely recommend! Also affordable for such great quality. I live in a different state and order online and they get my shipment to me quickly!

  I have never felt more uncomfortable in an establishment in my life until I visited the store. On a first time trip to Georgia me, and a friend decided to stop inside this quaint little store, only to be greeted with racial prejudice, the individual at the counter, kindly speaking to all the other customers of a certain complexion, however, upon us reaching the counter, crickets, not a high hello how can I help you anything truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t typically leave reviews, especially once this critical however, after leaving the store, my friend was so upset by our treatment she wanted to end our trip early truly unacceptable behavior by the young lady at the counter and while I know, this is not the first time, black and brown customers have been ignored I can assure you there are many other stores in Covington that will gladly accept the patronage of other people of color.

  I wish there was a store like this by my house! Once you walk in, an intoxicating aroma encloses you in a bubble of bliss. I love the candles and silly soaps!

  I went to the Soap Box of Covington two weeks ago. I purchased several items, one of which was the African Black soap. I’ve used it every day and I’m quite pleased with the results. I liked it so much I ordered two more bottles. I have used countless facial cleansers over the years; but never black soap. I was always skeptical for whatever reason; but I have to admit, the result was a pleasant surprise. What really sold me on the products is the great customer service. When I visited the store, the associates greeted me immediately, invited me to look around, answering questions I had, and gave suggestions when I was unsure what to buy. There are so many products available it was overwhelming!After I left, tried to call the store, but was cut off several times. What I didn’t know was that the women in the store were answering my calls but could not connect with me. When they noticed my number over and over, they told the owner and she called me from her home to help with what I needed. No one does that anymore, great customer service is an exception not the rule. If they didn’t have so many nice products I would shop there again for that reason alone. My husband even bought items he’s actually using. That’s a major plus because things usually sit in the “all the other stuff I bought but never use pile.” I want to say a big “thank you” to every one at the Soap Box of Covington. I was in town for my birthday. My visit there and the kind treatment I received made the trip a memorable one. I recommend this store and will order online again.

  I was here last weekend for the Epic Cons convention and had to stop by this store multiple times because I kept wanting more. Always so friendly and they have an insane amount of product to choose from. Will definitely be shipping when I run out!
