Such a hostile lady with blonde hair working there. Every interaction with her was depressing. You would have thought she sniffed chili powder with how mad she got when I asked her to test a diamond I was gonna pay 700$ for. She probably thought I didn’t realize what she was doing while checking it. I just pray for the kind older man there because he has to deal with that kind of misery everyday. Shame because I was a return customer from many many years ago who was in the area visiting.

I brought in a computer to try and sell and the guy told me he was old and didn't have use for computers. I thought electronics were a staple of the pawn business since at least 1970 maybe it's time to retire!

I am using a pawn store for the first time and I see John's place and it says they are here to help customers who are struggling in today's economy. I see that they give loans on electronics so I go and tell the old guy that I would like to either pawn or sell my 65" oled smart TV. He ask how much I was looking for and I said $300. Nope can't help you. He didn't even want to look at it. Yep, really in the business to help struggling customers. Thanks

Went in to buy an Xbox system today and one of the workers (I’m assuming he worked there he was sitting behind the counter) was smoking a cigarette in the store. It stunk really bad of cigs in there, just a warning if you don’t want stuff that smells like smoke or if you have asthma like I do I wouldn’t go here. definitely did not purchase anything, super unprofessional.

Says they are open until 2am but looks closed and nobody answers the phone. I went and their open sign was on but yet all the lights were off and nobody was inside . Smh

Owner of the shop is very disrespectful the type of guy to deny you service without even looking you in the eye but he showed a older white guy good customer service even tho he sold him some equipment that looks like it had been in the shop 6-7 years lol all I got to say is if youWant to buy anything worth Quality take the extra 2 miles to the next pawn shop with good customer service and better inventory
