I highly recommend Mavis Tire & Brakes in Covington Ga. I had a 8am appointment and they took me took my vehicle back at 8:05. The service was was fast and the customer service was outstanding. Mr. Lee Searcy is the store manager

The employees here are amazing. I had an oil change done at another shop local to me and afterwards my car was pouring oil. I ended up pulling in here as an emergency and they immediately got the car up, pointed out the issue, and fixed it. They didn’t charge me anything to do this - they went and helped a complete stranger on their own accord (I had never been here before) to get them home. They were extremely knowledge and professional about the whole ordeal. They quite literally saved my car and enabled me to make it back home. I generally do my own repairs and maintenance on my car but I would definitely not hesitate to come back as they have earned my trust.

Took an hour and half WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Just FOR ONE TIRE CHANGE. Dont understand the appointment if it’s gonna take an hour just to bring my car back.

I only bring my SUV here. I got a great deal on a set of 4 new tires a couple months ago. They also fixed my brakes and rotors. Lee and all of the staff are great. You can trust your cars with them.

Needed my tires and tire sensors to be put on so I Drove from norcross to this location b/c my dad spoke of the great customer service. Service was affordable and fast! Thanks Mr. Lee! Will definitely be back.

My wife and I have followed Mr. Lee since he was moved from the Cheshire Bridge location to Riverdale Rd and the current location Covington. We live Downtown Atlanta and being from here this is the GREATEST experience I have ever been a part of. Lee understood our fears of getting good car repair and customer service. So when I say it was worth driving in a storm for 70 miles because he makes feel better knowing that I'm driving back to Atlanta without any worries. I cannot say this about Cheshire Bridge Road location which is 2.8 miles from my home.
