Very disappointed! My daughter has got her eyes lashes done from there before and they turned out good. Today we went and they put the darkest , thickest eyelashes on her! My daughter was in tears. I told them she didn’t like them and they refused to make it right . They also said they would not come off for a week. I paid $40.00 and as soon as we left we had to take them off and they damaged her real eyelashes. They did not apologize or try to make it right . Even after I told The owner several times we were not pleased. I would have paid to have them redone but they refused to take them off. Instead the lady sat in a pedicure chair on her phone.
We will never go back.

Most despicable nail service that I have ever experienced. All I wanted was to remove my acrylic nails and Tony (window #11) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He coughed over my hands a few times and when I asked if he was sick, he became offended. A quick exchange in their native tongue followed which of course is the norm. Suddenly the service went downhill. After removing the acrylic, he refused to buff or shape my nails and said that it would be an additional $10 or I could see the Manager. In all of my years, this was the first time for the additional service. It’s baffling to be subjected to such harshness for such a minor service. Additionally, the interior was filthy. Needless to say, I will never return after being treated with such disrespect. Amazing what results when the customer is coughed upon.

One thing I don’t play about is my mother. And she told me she had a horrible experience at your salon. She said you all were making fun of her feet, trying to take pictures of them, when you were supposed to be doing your job (pedicure). I don’t like that. I’ll leave a review from every google account I have to get this salon down to a 1 star. I will be forwarding and having others leave a review as well. Unacceptable. Do your job or go back to where you come from.

she tried. i asked multiple times for a sharp square nail shape and did not get that. she also had a bit of difficulty when it came to the design but i just told her to do a full star. she didn’t do too bad but i am disappointed. i will just fix the shape at home. this also costed $85 starting as a full set.

I don't know the name of the lady that put my eyelashes on today. She got offended when I asked her to sanitize the clippers that she used on the previous person. And was complaining to her coworker about it. I will NEVER do business there again.

I was not going to write a review at first but this nail salon does not care about its customers at all. Lifting of the nail is not corrected so water damage occurs (in picture). You have to clip off the lifting before you fill in the nail, they do not and this is dangerous. Last time I came in she did not cure my polish all the way and when I came back in the next morning because the polish was off, she told me it was because I touched my face with makeup on it. The polish was wet when it came off (in picture also). The very first time I went they assigned me to have a new nail tech with no experience. All my nails broke off three times within one week. They do not have good hygienic standards and this is dangerous. Please stay away

Made an appointment with Tony for manicure. This was my second visit. Started on time. Totally satisfied again with my service. He's a keeper unless something changes?. Going to try Pedicure service this week based on his recommendation he doesn't do pedicure. Hope it works out prefer a one stop shop. I'll let you all know.

I absolutely love Kelly. She takes her time for everyone. She makes everyone feel like privilege! Tony did my nails for the first time today and did an amazing job. I wasn't happy with the first color and he changed it with a smile! He even gave me a birthday gift! I appreciate how you feel special here!

I went there to get my prom nails done and they were absolutely horrible. My prom was the next day and so they told me come after prom and they would re do them for free to make up for what happened. I went after prom and then they charged me again!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!
