I like the fuel prices and the discount just wish the points that it says I have in the emails I get would show at pump go figure. I don't know what it sends me in emails must be someone else's account.

This is for Kroger grocery pickup. If you could get less than 1 star I'd give it to you. Just throw the milk in there why don't you. If you use this service place your own groceries in your car.

This place is great if you're nostalgic for 1980s Russia: long lines and empty shelves. Every week there are a ton of items they're out of, and you're lucky if they have more than two cashiers. And it was like that way before COVID, so I don't know what their excuse is. Most other Krogers are great, so I'm pretty sure something is wrong with the management at this location.

Well they’re a grocery store with no groceries so this store is a complete waste of space. Apparently managing inventory and Kroger don’t seem to go hand in hand anymore. A little tip to management, reorder things BEFORE you completely run out. Every Kroger gets at least 2 shipments a day so absolutely no excuse for constant empty shelves. Publix and Walmart aren’t cleaned out all the time so spare me the “shortages” BS.

I just left this Kroger. I checked on line to see if they had an item I needed and it was indicated that they did. However, they did not have it. I had a couple of other items to pick up which I did and headed for the check out line. To my dismay, only one register was open and there were several people on line with heaping carts. the only other way to check out was at the self serve registers and the lines at these registers were all the way down the aisles to the end.

Dante's Hell would be a better experience than shopping at this Kroger. It's old, dirty, and cramped. It never fails that when I load up on digital and physical coupons the items are out of stock, sometimes for weeks. Apparently then only canned goods available now are turnip greens and corn. I haven't seen Italian cut green beans, squash, rutabagas, and other vegetables the last three visits. Their ethnic food selection is a joke unless you're looking for Latin ingredients. The produce selection is equally crappy. The meat department is severely lacking in choices and most fresh meat looks as if a toddler cut and packaged the steaks and pork chops. Every aisle is crowded with product displays that force you to either wait for some slow moving jackass or turn around. A lot of the staff seem to have a chip on their shoulder and are generally displeased. I refuse to use self checkout and rarely is there more than one cashier lane open. Most times I end up bagging my own groceries because everyone is conveniently on break. The Loganville location is far superior and its only five more miles from my house. I recommend you go to either Ingle's or the Publix on Brown Bridge.

so I'm very disappointed in the pickup service! I have tried it twice and both times I was told they were out of stock in half my orders. so I picked up my order yesterday around 6pm. this morning I went to see if I could get the other half of my order during the senior shopping hour 7am. I found everything I needed!!! what's the point of ordering on the app waiting 3days for my pickup time & date if I have to return next day and go inside myself as a disabled senior....

This Kroger is the most unorganized store I have ever seen. After fighting your way through all the boxes and stock being put away EVERY WEEK... they may or may not have what you are looking for, then to top it all off at the end there is always only 2 checkout lanes open... unless you want to check yourself out.... so then why not try out the online carry out.... yeah that’s a bigger joke... you schedule your pick up time only to pull up on time and be told it will be 2 hours before they get your stuff out that you have already paid for!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! It’s horrible

If I wanted to check my self out I would order online. One lane open and ten employees standing around. All the time.......

Affordable gas to get back home. I filled up and got all the way back to NC without filling up again. Nice
