Every time I go in here through the cashier’s lane I have to bag my groceries. I need someone to explain this to me. Two weeks ago I waited 10 minutes for the lady to come back to the customer service register and she smelled like fresh weed.

Very disorganized and doesn't like to answer the phone. I been holding on for 18 minutes now and I'm still waiting. Had to call back bc the first time I was holding on for 23 minutes. Oh, I got time, I'm at work but I'm trying to make sure they have the seeded watermelon, says it online for another location fed the same thing and I drove far off and they didn't have any. AND NO, I DON'T WANT SEEDLESS WATERMELON, THEY'RE NOT REAL

Worst customer service at the fuel center, I found a debit card while entering my car, I had to gas up so I went to the fuel center and bought gas and requested a pair of scissors so that I could cut up the lost debit card, my intentions were to mail the card to the financial institution PO Box listed on the back. The young man, red hair and freckles refused to let me use the scissors after I told him my intentions. He said he would take the card and put it with a stack of other cards in case the customer came in to ask about the card, I told him I found it in parking spot near the store, he vehemently told me to take it to Kroger he wasn’t going to assist me with cutting the card but he’d tag the card and chance an employee using the card for their good? His customer service demeanor was insensitive and disrespectful! He needs a course full service premier customer service and how to respectfully speak to customers!

I have shopped here for 20+ years, but I find myself only going for necessities now. They have remodeled multiple times, and their gas prices stay 10-20 cents higher than the Salem Rd. Kroger and Walmart. My favorite pharmacist just retired, and with the exception of one of my other favorites, Tony, most of the store employees change pretty frequently. I hope this store can find some balance and get back to what it was before Covid and, more importantly, the awful remodel.

Went in just to pick up an item or two there was not enough cashiers for people in the store the line was all the way down the aisles

I dont know if this location has had a management change but this store has gone downhill with service and availability of normal items like deli lunch meat and the meat department! I will be shopping somewhere else.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Kroger at 5341 Hwy 20 S, and it was hands down the worst shopping experience of my life on March 10 around 9:30am. The self-checkout seemed like a convenient option until I encountered the most obnoxious employee I've ever met. Not only was she rude, but she seemed to take pleasure in belittling customers and refusing to offer me the groceries bags. I felt like she accused me of stealing the three items purchased. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere where basic courtesy is still a thing. Hire better employees because her attitude was disgusting.
