I love this place and the atmosphere. I can get everything in one. Print, fax ,charger and notarized. My go to place when I am out of ink.lol. Customer service is A-1 never a dual moment. I been going here for everything and my returns for 9 years. Never went to the P.O. for anything. The prices is high everywhere.

The gentlemen at the service counter are always polite with speedy service. Yes, the prices are a bit higher than the post office and superchains like Office Depot but you will save time because there are no long lines and they move pretty fast to get orders done. They will even help you get your package/order out with the daily pickup courier if you happen to arrive at the store while he/she is scanning packages and loading the truck.
The way they handle parcels is on level 100 of efficiency. By the time you wait in line at a big box store, this place will have your receipt in hand and out the door.
For print jobs, I would recommend a high volume or chain store because whenever I needed to print something in color, the printer was not able to or was not functioning properly. It’s Christian owned with gospel music playing inside the store—which makes it a pleasure to patronize. I would recommend this place to anyone with quick shipping or administrative needs.
One downside is that they do not accept QR return codes for Amazon or other major retailers.

I am not the best with technology but I know for sure I will get all the help this old lady needs when I go to Mark's place. His staff treats each and every customer like family. I've been going here for years and I've never had a problem with anything I've returned via USPS, FEDEX or Amazon.
