OVER CHARGE!!!!!!! Do not go here they way over charge you! As you see in the photos same product bought one day apart different merle norman almost $14 difference!!! When I tried to return it unopened they would not give me my money back only store credit to use at their store! I usually buy at the Lawrenceville store, but I was close to the Covington area so I decided to purchase here. When they told me the total, I questioned them and said that doesn’t sound right I never pay that. Their response everything has gone up. I should have went with my gut and left the store, but I decided to purchase it and then I called my normal store in Lawrenceville And then they told me the price was $29.95. I drove to the Lawrenceville store and picked up my make up which as you see was almost $14 cheaper with taxes. When I returned to the Covington store and explained why I wanted to return it, they refused to give me my money and only a store Credit. Now, why would I want a store credit at a store that is charging way more for the same Products? Do Not Go Here!!!!!!! If you love Merle Norman products and live in the Covington area please don’t worry. The store in Lawrenceville will ship for free And as you see, you will be charged way less!!!!

Took my 22 month old for ear piercings and our experience was great. The young lady was very friendly and gentle. She was knowledgeable about piercings and gave us great instructions and advice on caring for my baby's ears. Baby is doing wonderful and her little earrings are so cute in her ears. It's been 3 weeks with no problems. Thanks.

My 17 yo daughter and I had the BEST experience at this store on our hometown square! What a gift to be able to get the service that we desired that day performed with such professionalism and courtesy. Jaelyn was the store employee on our day there and she handled my daughter's 2nd ear lobe piercing in such an efficient, hygienic, and careful manner. It was reasonable cost wise too, so a much appreciated blessing. WTG to this store for all things well done!

Had taken my 7yr old in for ear piercing. All the earrings we chose were out of stock. And her piercing is noticeabley uneven. We are extremely devastated. The experience and place was pleasant. But we now have an uneven piercing. Olivia was very professional, but we are just devasted. We honestly dont know what to do.

Love the personal care and hints the personnel offer. Highly recommend Conyers and Covington locations. I haven’t visited to the McDonough store. They are probably just as helpful.
