Mister Car Wash provides a high-quality wash with a personal touch, using the latest technology. Customers can enjoy exterior clean services, self-service vacuums, and Unlimited Wash Club® Membership Plans. The staff is friendly and great, and the vacuums are good and the best. When all aspects of the wash are functioning, it does a great job and your car will be cleaner than when it went in. However, the wash could be improved and does miss spots, as not all parts are always working. Some locations are noted to be lazy, sometimes not prewashing windows or spraying anything. The experience can lack details like towel buckets and an outside spray chemical station. There can be upsells and waits, which is not the goal of a quick wash. The business does not do family plans with multiple vehicles at a discount. While convenient with locations nationwide, some customers note other washes are a bit better.
