There are quite a few nail salons in Covington and I've tried them all. This, by far is THE BEST! They always take their time, are thorough, and make me feel glamorous! The staff is superb!

Do not recommend & never going back. After applying tips & shaping I asked if he can redo them & I’d pay extra. They were crooked- as in slanted. And no, it wasn’t my finger. He did & it looked better. But when he was all done, I could feel the edges around my cuticle were rough. After a week they were lifting. By day 12 they’ve all come off. And he sure did charge me extra.

Omg yall im still in the chair but i had to run and make this review when i say I found my husband the best hands down I was nervous at first because im new and we all know how that go but when i said perfect my feet feel like im waking to heaven right now ill will be back and I found my new nail shop 10/10 I definitely recommend and omg their massage chairs to die for don’t walk run down here and their prices you can’t beat at allllll !!! Didn’t get the guy name but I love you my future husband you will be getting my money

I give 4 out of 5 stars because my first experience here could've gone better. The black glitter nail photo was the first set I had done at this salon. I was dissatisfied because it was not the shape I asked for, and when I asked for it, I was told no because "it wouldn't look right" so I walked out paying $45 with ugly square nails. However, the quality was phenomenal. This set lasted 3.5 weeks and only 1 nail started barely lifting. For me, that's amazing, my nails never last more than 1-2 weeks before chipping/lifting. So I went back for a fill in (this is SNS btw) and I got the seagreen set done. Again, I'm blown away by the quality. And the fill was only $50. I'll definitely be going back!

I spoke with Kevin on the phone. I have been a customer of NeNe and Tony for yrs. I wanted a pedicure he made an appt with Tony. I literally showed up to my appt 10 mins later and was told that Tony took a client and would have to wait 30 mins. I WONT BE BACK.

I highly recommend Gloria! She has been my nail tech for the last year and a half & is the best! She always does such an amazing job and all of her designs are hand drawn. I always enjoy being in her chair and the conversations we share.

They were very professional, my toes was done nice and neat, I like how, he took time and they were so beautiful afterwards. The atmosphere is so peaceful definitely the nail salon to sneak away for the day ❤

Do not come to this salon! Nails come out terrible. Save your time and go else where. When asked to redo nails because they came out terrible the lady tried to charge extra… absolutely not.Service: Acrylic nails

I chose this salon because of the reviews, but my experience was not that at all. I guess it depends on the tech. I walked in, with no greeting, the so called deluxe was quickly rushed, and after he applied the polish, he went straight to the register. No dryor nothing! I went in for a pedicure they offered a different color than I originally wanted. They were super friendly at first. I guess the red flag should have been that it was only one coat of the polish and clear coat and I only got to let them dry for approximately 3 mins. The next day I noticed that three of my nails were chipped and when I went back into fix it. ( They tried to blame for them not drying) They applied one coat rolled eyes, left me in the chair in complete embarrassment. Not very professional and I feel as if I was treated with no respect. When, you pay full price for services and there is a mess up. Then, it should be fixed with no hesitation. Now, I will have to go pay double to have their mistake fixed.
